    Great, roomy suites with very good food!

    The 3-bedroom suites were a great size, complete with washer and dryer in the suite. We really enjoyed the restaurants on site. We had a great experience with Lappost, who was very welcoming and provided great service each time he was our server (and even when he wasn't our server but was at the restaurant!). We also thoroughly enjoyed the servie from Samuel Moroin (I think that was how his last name was spelled). Very friendly, always stopped by multiple times while we were eating to ensure we had everything we needed. He was great, too. The only reason I didn't give the resort 5 stars was because of the inability to really use the beachfront. There was a ton of seaweed that didn't make going in the water very appealing.

    Jomiset she is great you drinks so good the food in the buffet is good the pool very nice the beach good come back the next year whit my family Francisco intertaimen is very good very good person jomiset she good

    It is a great hotel with some point of improvement like everything in life I was afraid to go there because of some negatives reviews but I understood that eveyone has differents expectations of everything. For me was fine, good people and good service. I do recommend it

    Horrible Hotel

    The pictures shown on their site were probably taken when the hotel opened. It does not look like this and it is a rough neighborhood. We literally were afraid to go outside the gates. The food isn’t great at all and I’m honestly not picky, the drinks are watered down. I mean we were expecting top shelf liquor but just the quality of it all were horrible. Our room was dirty when we checked in, the electricity didn’t work and our air conditioner was broken. What upsets me most about this place was their service response time. It took 30 minutes after check in to fix our electricity, 5 hours to clean the room after complaining and being told we couldn’t move, and two days to get an engineer to the room. Even after all that the air was never fixed. Our friend next door also got locked out on the first day for two hours and had to spend that time in our room because their door battery died. Another annoying thing about this resort was that we kept putting up our “Do Not Disturb” sign when we left the room, and the housekeepers kept ignoring it and entering our room. Just horrible. My only question is why weren’t these things checked prior to your guests checking in to your resort?! Bluebay gets one star and one star only from me. Will not be returning. There were three people apart of their restaurant wait staff that were amazing. I can’t remember the other two sadly, but Laposte was amazing!

    We visited there to continue with my birthday celebration We rented one of the condo's but both the all inclusive package. The condo was ok it could have been a bit cleaner the service in the restaurant was poor the food was always cold and they only served red or and white wine although they have other wines on display. The bar has poor drinks selections and it's like they have never heard of alcohol.
