Went last week with our family of 6 adults. The best resort ever! Wonderful rooms, good food, beautiful grounds, and very helpful staff! Shout out to a couple of outstanding massage therapists at the Spa, Albania, and Melania who were masters of their craft. Shout out to Roshell @ the Navigator restaurant for a great attitude and wonderful service. Another shout out to a couple of the excellent activity folks, Wonder in the pool and Patrick in the Refinery. Last but not least, Jeury (sp?) at the crepe station @ The Pier was fantastic. 7 days was not enough!

Excellent resort! The facilities, food and service were all amazing. Great selection of restaurants and high quality food. The resort was immacculate and the rooms were great. Anthony on the egg station at The Pier buffet was an artist and took great pride in his delicious eggs Benedict. Jose gave a great Spin class so I could work off those extra calories! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Waves restaurant was our favorite...ate their 3 nites. A big thank you to our professional waiter, Demetrio. His suggestions, hospitality and remembering our favorite drinks were over the top. Carlos Brito, manager, runs a first class establishment...he too remembered us from our previous visits. A must! Their friendliness made the dining experience an even better treat. Our first all-inclusive experience surpassed our expectations. Extraordinary property in every way - beach, pools, rooms, spa, amenities and mostly SERVICE. From the moment we arrived and enjoyed the purple "welcome drink" as we met our butler Luis, to the second we left for the airport, we felt pampered and appreciated. We loved our club level junior swim-up suite. Great beds, thoughtful design, spotlessly clean. Prompt service at the bars and restaurants. One of the best spa experiences I've ever enjoyed - be sure to go early to partake in the sauna, steam room and pools. The quality of entertainment, whether at the pools or the Blind Butcher, was fantastic. This is clearly a well-trained staff and a well-managed property.

Best vacation ever! You will not be disappointed. Fantastic resort with unbelievable staff. Larisa was such a joy! The entire staff was always so friendly and accommodating. The food was better than expected. We were truly sad to leave. We will be back!
