We had an amazing stay here at Majestic Mirage. The beach was beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Our butler Leonel was very attentive and friendly and went above and beyond our entire stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Noemi was the sweetest, most caring waitress in the whole resort who secretly set up a special date night. She is truly an asset to the resort. Teani and Eusebio make the best drinks and were not only fun but also attentive. These are just to name a few staff who truly stood out but that’s not to forget every other person who works extremely hard to ensure a perfect stay, amazing food, and high quality service. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice staff and place. Food is good. Sand and the playa were clean. Pools were clean and waiters at bars dring good drinks with good quality alcoohol. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants happy vacations. The massage et hydrocircuit were cool also!

The hotel was amazing. The room was great. The services was all smiles great. BUT THE STAND OUT PERSON WAS OUR BUTLER. OMAR WAS ABSOLUTELY AWSOME. HE MADE OUR TRIP FEEL VERY SPECIAL. OMAR WAS THE BEST. There was also a waiter/server who actually watched me drop some cash and he picked up and returned. Very very honest!!!!¡!!

This site is exceptionnal. Very well installation. Service excellent in any department. The room (the one we have had are very confortable. The concierge service is great (ours have been M. Montero. The service in any restaurant his also excellent. They really take care of each client. We had our breakfeast at the Italian restaurant almost everyday and the server ''YUNIOR'' was excellent. He speak english very well and understand our needs. I could say many good things about the different restaurants as they are all very kind and they offer a complete service.

We went to Majestic Mirage April 3-10 for our wedding ceremony and celebration with friends and family. While we had some wedding hiccups (due to our wedding coordinator), we had a great trip! Alejandro was our butler and I cannot recommend him enough! He made this trip a memorable one for us (and all of our guests). Anything we needed, he was there: dinner reservations, wedding help, random questions, golf reservations, etc. He also took the time to swing by the pool daily to ask if we needed anything. If you are going to the Mirage, I highly recommend asking for Alejandro!
