The location was absolutely perfect. In the heart of playa but was not loud in the evening. Upon entering you think well it’s ok for a Hilton. But we soon realized that the service on check in was outstanding. Our suite was immaculate and comfortable. Great bed and quiet as could be to get your rest. The pool on the fourth floor is awesome with views that are unmatched because of the location. Christina in the pool area was friendly and informative. She’s a keeper??. Overall if you are planning a trip check this place out.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Love the configuration of the bathroom. The rooftop pool and restaurant are very nice. We had a dinner on one of the evening, Leticia was very courteous and friendly. She gave us some nice suggestion to go out. The waiter, Jose, gave us a very good service. We had a beautiful evening and the view is magnificent ! The only down point is that you have a small kitchen in the room but no plates, no ustensils and nothing to cook. So no use to have a kitchen.

My husband, son and I stayed at The Fives downtown Playa Del Carmen for a week. This hotel and service provided was beyond our expectations. A huge thank you to Otavio and Renzo who ensured our stay was perfect, starting with communication before our arrival and throughout our visit, and I had the privilege to meet both of them. Everyone we met were wonderful. All were very warm and welcoming, and efficient..this hotel is extremely well run. Our two bedroom suite was very large, with beautiful balconies, view of the ocean, perfect temperature control, included everything we needed, and cleaned every day. And the roof top was spectacular! Beautiful pools with breathtaking ocean views!! I can’t thank Otavio, Renzo and everyone enough for our perfect stay and look forward to returning. Donna

We stayed here for 2 nights before checking into The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean but a little run down and it did have the typical ocean mildew odor. Room was very spacious and had a view of the courtyard. I would definitely stay here again for the price point.

This is a small but very chic hotel. It is close to everything. The ferry to Cozumel is just a block away. The beach is on the next block. The mall is two block to the lift of the hotel. The bus to the airport is one block to the left. There are restaurants on every block. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.
