The hotel is just round the corner from the airport and the hotel provide a free shuttle. The welcome to CBay was lovely and very efficient check in process. We asked for a late check out on arrival but this wasn’t confirmed until the day before. The room was pleasant, we staying in a harmony room on the top floor. The bathroom needs an upgrade which I I believe they are doing. Our cleaner was great very thorough and took pride in her work. She left various towel art which was nice. The food was ok, I have had better, however the desserts were delicious and a good variety. They clearly have a good pastry chef. We tried Silk and Italian restaurant which Italian was delicious the best food. The Caribbean carnival night was our least favourite both food wise and entertainment. The stilts and fire dancers were good. The country night was good. Flip flop for lunch was nice and everything was cooked to order. However they didn’t have any desserts so we went back to the main restaurant. Afternoon tea is suppose to arrive at 4:30 but it rarely did usually around 5pm. It had a tray of cakes and few cookies. The cake was nice. Tea and coffee are always available. The beach has lots of seaweed which is cleared several times a day. There are beds further up the beach.it is a nice walk along the beach in both directions. The sea is warm but not clear. The harmony area was lovely especially the turning sun beds. The swimming pools were clean and the lazy river was good. The water slides were closed. The hotel is very clean. The staff on the whole were friendly. Some expected a tip especially bar staff. There were no snacks like crisps available in the evening or ice cream throughout the day. There were variety of drinks. The weather was lovely a couple of rain showers. Towels are available all the time with no limits. It didn’t feel busy at all. In the evening entertainment was good mainly singing.

Well what can I say, we just had the best trip ever. From as soon as one arrives you're treated so special. The staff throughout just cant do enough for you, from Claude at main lobby bar in the day, hes such a gem. The Swim up bar is such fun, Rubee and Mars are such a laugh. Kerry at Paridise beach ( boy we had such a blast with him and the best music ) Nik and Ererskin at the Lobby at the night ( never an empty glass ), and Godfrey and Edward at Peter John's rum Bar, many of great nights with the best drinks served, none stop! And Dillan at the Tiki bar, you keep eveyone in full spirit, for sure! The food is just amazing throughout the resort, Beef tenderlion is just the best. Plus they adapt to my allergies so well. Mary's the best with the eggs, on what ever way you want them. Just can't fault the food at all. Nightlife is just the best at Cbay, they cater for everyones needs. Gilly on the entertainment team, has the most amazing happy energy at anytime of the day. The gardens are just beautiful and so well kept. they work with such passion on them. Our bed was so SOOOOO comfy, the best we've slept in while away. Tiffany, you're so informative with all the tours and stuff, and brilliant with Lucy-Loo the resort dog. One things a must at Cbay, you must visit the Petting Zoo, its so lovely to see all these animals in a better place, and being so looked after. I went to the spa a few days before we was leaving. I had a back massage ( she was brilliant and got all my knots gone) and then I had a 50min renew facial, both with Gabriel, she was just amazing. My regret is, I should of had it at the start of my trip, and another at the end (we was there 16nights) as I had lots comments from others guests, saying how wow my skin looked, plus it felt great for many days after. So I can highly recommend the spa . We don't need to go anywhere else now we've found Cbay, this is the resort for us, with all its AMAZING STAFF!

The customer service we experienced from all staff members was excellent. The staff members we interacted with took the time to get to know everyone in our party of 10. Specifically, the General Manger, Michael greeted us by name when we arrived and went above and beyond to make our trip special. To celebrate our daughter’s 16th Birthday he opened up La Luna for us to have a private dinner. Gille and Akira (spelling?) are great with all guests and took the time to really get to know everyone in our party (kids and adults). They never stopped smiling and are a joy to be around. Gina (server at La Luna) did everything imaginable to make our daughter’s special dinner absolutely amazing. We felt like we were interacting with long time friends with all of these staff members. Marz and Claude (bartenders) Randall (server) and Tamara (server) were always so nice and remembered our groups favorite drinks all week long. Peggy (housekeeping) kept our room very clean and well stocked and left positive, uplifting notes each day. All of the staff members were very helpful, caring, and fun to be around. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. The resort is beautiful and it never seemed overcrowded. There are so many pools to visit, water slides, lazy river, the beach, and the beautiful grounds that you will never be bored. The food is delicious and there are several options to choose from throughout the entire day. The entertainment is appropriate for all ages and something our group looked forward to each evening.

My family (me, my partner and our son (10)) just returned today from Coconut Bay (8/4/24). We agree that the resort is a solid four-star though some elements are a bit more three-star (bedroom/bathroom decor, bedroom air-con not going below 21 degrees, some of the outdoor weathered signs/decor, some of the food and not having salt or pepper on tables on the outdoor eating events). Some of the resort elements were definitely four-star like the range of entertainment, the on site shops and adventure booking, and having additional services like the gym, kids club etc. However, we would rate the service four-five star and there were some individuals who really made the trip feel special like Theona, Shekina, Briso, Talia, Quincy, Chard, Darick, Ed and our maid, Keisha.

My family and I just got home from a 6 night stay. I am 16, my brother is 14. My parents took us to Coconut Bay for a family vacation. One thing that made our trip so enjoyable was the staff. Denver was one of our waiters we meet the first night there, he was so sweet and really set the bar for the employees that week. Gillie is filled with so much positive energy, it was contagious! She taught me line dancing on Western Night brining me out of my comfort zone. My brother loved Marz the bartender. Marz told him about the weekly staff soccer game that my brother enjoyed watching. We also enjoyed Nick, the bartender, he made me a special drink. We went to the pool bar many times and enjoyed getting drinks from Kevin the bartender. Gus the chef introduced himself to us at the Italian restaurant and my parents enjoyed the conversation, he had a lot of wise words to say to us kids. Another one of our favorites is Solange, a waitress at Silk. She is incredibly sweet and witty. We went back to Silk a second time because of her. My dad and I talked to Jeremy every day at the surf shop when we got our snorkeling gear. He is funny and very conversational. The highlights of our trip consisted of snorkeling, relaxing, and dancing with Gillie. I look forward to going again!
