Wish they would have told me I left my pillow in the room. Extraordinary customer service would have shipped it back home to me. This was an average hotel stay. Just spent the day to relax in a room on a long layover.

The hotel is nice and clean and most of the staff are friendly. I would not however recommend the catering for events at this hotel or the restaurant. The food was terrible. The location is great and there are walking trails near by.

They charged $40 plus tax for our small dog to stay one night, the booking site did not mention this. The staff took no care or responsibility of the charge, we could not cancel the booking as it was too late.

For the price the rooms are not extravagant Given wrong wrong on booking. Pd extra for a marina view and was given a view of the parking lot Shuttle to the airport was amazing though Check in took a long time

Had a great stay. the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. we went to the bar and the 2 fellows on were very nice and very entertaining.missed the young lady that was usually on as she was on holidays.
