I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks solo, Very friendly staff, food was better than expected. Beach is nice and well maintained The room was air conditioned and very clean everything working great, Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Just got back from a week at Brisas, what a week it was .It started with the warmest smile and very friendly greeting from Douglas , Keyla in the buffet was so kind, friendly and amazing of a server , Yoennys(Johnny) in the VIP dining area is another server who works very hard and does not receive the acclaim he deserves. Iliana or as we call her 'mama chef' what a kind hearted and beautiful person, all the meals that she made for our family was loved, we never once had a bad meal. In the mornings we were taking care of by Jorge at the egg station, Jorge is as talented as he is entertaining and that is saying a lot !!Some other staff members worth mentioning are Mabel, Boris, Rodolfo and Maihkel , what class and pleasure to be around. The resort is in need of some TLC, but it is very enjoyable! On this trip there was many rude people from European country (if you've ever been to cuba you know the country I am talking about) . Lastly if you book this hotel through a provider stay far away from sunwing, they're by far the worst thing about this trip. My group will never book with them again!

Just returned from this great hidden gem . Over 20 times of being here and we have never been disappointed. The workers here are not just plan workers they are family to us and make anyone feel welcome and happy. From Douglas meeting and greeting you when you arrive .Next off to the hair salon for braiding by Aida.The animation team Robert,Bonbon,Lachy,Robertone and Bearline , always make you feel welcome and encourage new people to join in on the activities .The buffet boss Yisel makes sure you have everything you need .Yoennys &Yanami are waiting for you in the VIP room and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need . Omar one of the best bartenders at this resort is on the south side at night , we sure miss this talent during our stay at the pool bar and lobby bar hope he gets moved back soon. Lastly chef Lliana, you knock it out of the park .Your food you make is out of this world .And the birthday super plus cake was the best . This night was wonderful with all of our Cuban and Canadian family .As my wife said you and the rest of our Cuban family know how to make a person feel loved . Thanks for all you did during my wife's birthday ..all of you This resort is the best because of the workers .This is the reason we return to our home away from home yearly. Even when times are tough for the people of cuba and the resort . The workers go above and beyond to make sure your stay is one you will remember . We love our Cuban home ,Brisas del Caribe and look forward to retuning again. See You Soon with 2 new guest

Brisas del Caribe is a large resort. We were received very well at the reception. The food was sufficient and well prepared. there are many salads and sauces. There is no ketchup and mustard. There were a few days when there was no coffee at the bar, but there was tea. We brought hot chocolate from home for our son and we received hot water from the bar or from the buffet restaurant. The room was clean and the air conditioning was good, we received water in the room every day and the towels for the bathroom were changed every day. towels for the beach are included but I received them only after 3 days because they didn't have enough towels or the laundry didn't go well. I had internet the whole time, it's included and we connected again and again but it went well. It's good to take a towel for the beach from home, make sure you have it. The beach is beautiful and the water in the ocean is clear. The resort is large with many stairs and an elevator. But it is difficult for people in wheelchairs to walk there. I had a pleasant vacation. All the workers at Brisas were very nice and work hard to make everyone happy.

This was our 8 time in this resort...we had great time the staff in the buffet restaurant was great ...they were very young but friendly and great souls always ready to help if there was a problem...the manager of the restaurant always greeted us with a smile and breakfast cook made us yammy omelets....roomed are very standard but clean...
