Never another Hilton.

Had to walk over construction debris to get to the room in the second building. Just looking to sleep, get a shower and breakfast in the morning. Teens next door were all drunk, yelling, partying. Complained to front desk. Finally quiet about an hour later. Woke up to NO hot water! Wasn’t going to PAY for breakfast, so left to get on the road. After 2 out of two recent bad stays at Hilton hotels, never again, there are so many better quality hotels to choose from at a better price (with free breakfast) lol.

The hotel was dated, the pool was noisy and small, and the beach accommodations were inadequate. The staff was rude at best, and ignored calls, messages through the Hilton app, and the guests waiting in front of them at the front desk. I have never left a review before, but this hotel was too expensive to be this bad.

Great location. A little rundown

Great location with walkway across the beach, but the hotel is rundown and they use paint to cover it up. It’s a spring break hotel that has a live DJ at the pool starting at 1p everyday (even though it said Tue and Wed only). Be aware of when you are traveling as there is a 3 day country music festival every year in April, that takes over the beaches. They start setting up a week or 2 prior.

Marcus and Elijah

Marcus and Elijah were the best valet workers who made our trip so much more delightful. They both greeted us with a smile on their face everytime we returned and left the hotel. They were very caring and involved in all the activities we were doing. By far the best people there!

Save yourself and avoid this place.

Our room was filthy. We complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to clean it, but I shouldn't have had to ask. It also had a weird smell that we were able to air out by opening a window. We were overcharged and it took weeks of being ignored to finally get someone to review our bill and give us a refund. I'm giving two stars because the location was great and they had some nice amenities. If they would work on staffing, it could be nice someday. Today is not that day.
