Wonderful Stay

The Nobu Hotel was a joy to stay at. I enjoyed the design and layout of that tower. The lamps in the room were a little messed up but that’s the only thing I could say that was maybe “bad”. There unfortunately were no shows going on with COVID but the hostess was still very helpful. Would definitely come back.
No Verizon service in the 7400 room area.

Outside buildings and facade walls outside the room block the signal. Call via wifi will not work with their internet, I checked out. No room service late. Room not to the standard of the photos. Bed very low.
Nobu Resort Las Vegas—-Never Again
Reviewed by Mikedavis524(Cincinnati, Ohio) on Dec 30, 2020
I was excited to stay at the Nobu after seeing their resort in Cabo! That location is very nice and top notch! The Las Vegas location however is the complete opposite! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s as if they took an old Holiday Inn style hotel and threw a new bed and some paint in it and called it the Nobu. It wasn’t built it was previously something else and my 4 day stay it was less than desirable. They lied to me about receiving a$100 room credit for both me and my wife. Totaling $200. I never got! Here is a small list of other issues I had 1) $9 for a can of soda is ridiculous you can buy 2 cases for that. Gouging!! 2) shower didn't work my whole stay at first it leaked badly then engineering worked on it and it doesn't work at all now 3) WiFi fails drastically and kicks you off repeatedly although you’re charged for it daily 4) called guest services for extra pillows and they never came 5) trash throughout casino and slot machines covered with cigarette ashes to point our fingertips and forearms were black and smelled of cigarettes. 6) the room was non- smoking but smelled of smoke badly!!! 7) all around access to the Nobu is less than desirable 8) resort fees are ridiculous for gym, WiFi etc... again another pathetic example of gouging your customers who are already spending their money at the resort! Could go on but senseless really
Nobu stay during the pandemic
Reviewed by TLakes(San Francisco, California) on Dec 19, 2020
The Nobu Hotel entrance and elevator are separate from the Caesars check in & elevators, which was nice during the pandemic to not have to get into crowded elevators - actually, I haven’t shared an elevator a single time in the Nobu entrance. It’s also nice that Nobu has its own small workout room & business center and not many people on that floor. Feels exclusive & is nice to have some space from the typical Vegas crowd during the pandemic. The room is pretty standard & no terrace. Bathroom in the room has special touches and exceptional design. Zoey at the check in desk and the bellman on duty, Yader, took great care to make it a friendly stay.
