    I understand that Covid is affecting this industry greatly. However I wish they disclosed that half of the restaurants and bars would be closed. Two hour wait for dinner / room service. Some of the food was inedible. "Upgraded mini bar" is actually soda and beer in your fridge and not top shelf liquor like other high-end resorts. I hate to say this but I think the liquor is watered down. I tried a couple martinis at a couple of the peasants bars and I swear they tasted like pool water. Liquor in the preferred club seemed to be good though. (traveler's tip: the Fresko market up the street has absolutely magical prices on top shelf liquors so save your money and skip the preferred club. Most of the 'perks' of the preferred club upgrade were non-existent) ---OHH--- and if you smoke cigars, don't even think about staying here! Your options are: - front corner of the parking lot at a little park bench out in the wind. - back corner of the resort, on the beach, on a little park bench out in the wind. If the prison guards catch you smoking on your balcony or anywhere other than the aforementioned segregation zones your day will get really bad real quick. We had fun and there were a few waiters like Dennis who really made things happen. We got to the point that we asked specifically for Dennis to avoid having an awful dinner experience.

    Outstanding staff were Fabi, the pool concierge - Dennis a waiter at the poolside restaurant in the evenings - Israel a bellman & concierge services. I was there Nov 7 - 13, during covid. They are doing everything properly per covid, called CleanComplete Verification, 360 degree quality, safety & hygiene system. All the staff wore masks at all times but hotel guests were not required to.

    My wife & I were able to relax and enjoy a great stay at Dreams. The weather, entertainment and local excursions were awesome. The best part of Dreams were also the awesome staff like Oscar Real & Helius Cueto!Gracias para todo!

    Our friends and I had an exceptional time during our stay in Dreams Los Cabos. We went as a special celebration for our friends birthday. The resort’s amenities are incredible, just as pictured on their website. The cleanliness standards made our entire group feel very comfortable during these uncertain times. The is truly welcoming and attentive. We had a special dinner arranged to celebrate our friends birthday and Eduardo and Angel made that experience unforgettable, Eduardo was super charismatic and kept us laughing throughout the dinner and Angel executed service impeccably. As members of UVC we had access to the preferred members facilities where Yadira took care of all our request. In the preferred bar Leobardo and Gil helped take care of our cocktails, even if some where labor intensive, they always offered us great service. When at the pool bar Sebastian already new most of the drinks we ordered and would start making our beverages without us even having to ask. Elsa always came around and check on us, she would get items that we requested even if they were from different food outlets. Irving and Nora were truly spectacular, Nora would great us at multiple restaurants throughout the property with such warmth, she remembered all our information within a day or two at the property (names, and room numbers) and alway made time to chat with us and check in on our stay. Irving was our server for breakfast and lunch most times, he definitely knows how to keep a crowd excited on vacation, he would give us the perfect food recommendations whenever we were uncertain of what to choose, we could always count on his personal recommendations. Luis and Martin also took great care of us at the international buffet very friendly and would make sure that our needs were met even when they were busy. Already excited for our next visit to Dreams Los Cabos.

    My mom and I were supposed to travel back in February, but my mom was nervous about traveling...Nine months later, I convinced her that we really needed this vacation. After eight months of this pandemic, we really needed to get away. The hotel staff is doing a fantastic job in every way! The place is spotless!!! Everyone greets you, is attentive, truly want your stay to be a relaxed and memorable one. Overall every single employee is courteous and attentive. But, I would like to thank a few employees that truly made our stay a special one: Oscar from Unlimited Vacations; Diana Velez, hostess; Maria Alvarado and Angel Cruz from the Boutique; Jose, waiter at Portofino; Irvin and Victor, our breakfast waiters and Korey and Rosario from the Coco Cafe. The place is very well kept up, and I truly enjoyed the service provided by all of the staff. Thank you and we will see you again!!! Wendy and Veronica
