Overall, the property was good they had lots of security, which was excellent. The beach was beautiful very immaculate. Food choices were OK. Beverages were pretty good. Cleanliness of the room was good. It was just old the tubs needed a deep cleaning. They were just not pure white. The walls were just overpainted over painted, the decor was horrible and the tiles were just dirty in the room especially in the corners. Thank God I took cleaning supplies for the bathroom because I did not feel clean in there just overall they need to do a complete and total makeover.

The beaches were absolutely stunning! . My room was on the ground floor and the view was breathtaking. Room itself very very clean . The food was so delicious , so much choice . The drinks were amazing, so good . The entertainment team was so amazing they always have something new and interesting to do/they did . The whole staff team were very friendly , so welcoming. They make you feel like you’re apart of their family. The security made me feel very safe. I will definitely visit again and I will stay in this resort.

This is an older resort that has so many lovely people that work there I couldn’t name them all. We had to see the nurse because of an illness and got amazing service. The food was good quality and always replenished. Lots to do if you want or you can just chill. We were in the sunset view rooms and the views were gorgeous. 10/10 will be back next year.

Enjoyed every minute here. Laid back vibe with tropical features. Good food at all hours,friendly staff and service. I want to return. My son booked 4 of us for this wonderful no hassle holiday,balcony overlooking the ocean. Rooms were a good size, very clean.also bathroom.

We travelled as a family from March 16 - 23, 2024, what a disappointment this resort was, I saw the pictures of the resort and was impressed until we arrived, nothing at all what the pictures were. The whole resort could use renovations. The rooms are very outdated dingy and not very welcoming, we had to use our bath towels to keep the water from the shower to run all over the place and risk slipping and falling. Our daughters room sliding door had a broken lock and handle, sliding door didn't lock we told front desk and maintenance came out to fix but couldn't said he was going to get parts that was on arrival on March 16th, he never came back. Front desk not very helpful, wait staff was hit and miss with attitude, somedays they would smile and be helpful other days not so much, we had to wait for coffee cups and then wait for coffee, somedays they ignored you altogether until you spoke up. Food was somewhat decent, no shortage of breads, desserts but lacking in fruit and fresh vegetables. The vendors were pushy, no matter how many times you walked by them, they would try to sell you their goods and if you bought one than they expected you to buy more. It was never ending. The entertainment staff were friendly and kept everyone busy. The lack of a mini fridge and in room coffee maker was not helpful at all, would have liked to have at least a mini fridge to keep the water cold. Overall not a good experience and we won't be returning.
