Kikin and régla! Nice hotel people are really kind and attentive. Food is really good. Variety of choice. The service also is great. The drinks are awesome. The jerk chicken, jerk pork, their coco bread also is bomb. Definitly recommend this resort for future vacation.

Amazing

Beautiful resort with great service, tasty drinks and love that everything is pretty much free. Workers love to do things for you so your trip is very hassle free. Beaches are very nice and the water is warm. Lots of things to do throughout the day. regla and kikin from the blue team were amazing.

amazing service from everyone. this place is beautiful i recommend. Regla and Kikin were amazing and the blue team. i would come here a million times. i had an amazing time. they were able to help me with all my requests and they were very polite

Family vacation

Staff is great - hotel is clean - entertainment (steel orchestra was magical) - Regla is the bomb and Kikin at bowling alley was super available and professional ?????? beach is real nice and food is good. Would definitely return! ??????????

At first glance it looks like paradise until you look closely, where you start to notice broken sockets with wires showing (all over the general areas). The Lobby Bar has 1 blender (majority of drinks require a blender) between staff, so if you get 3 different drinks it’ll take ages. The service is also extremely slow at times, some staff more interested in chatting between themselves. Guest services laughed when a group stole our personal towels and refused to give them back. It took a lot of coaxing to get them to intervene. Felt like we were inconveniencing them. On their private beach some guests were deliberately blocking photo opportunities with the sea hammock, even asking for money to move. No staff were on the beach for people to report it to. Bowling was an experience, where the member of staff shouted at people for not knowing their rules (which weren’t displayed). Probably the most miserable and poorly trained member of staff there. Martha’s Market staff were brilliant though, every day they were on the ball and couldn’t help you enough. Kids club were brilliant too, in particular the evening events they had in Showtime.
