    We went for our honeymoon and the whole trip was absolutely amazing. They make you feel like it’s your home. It was hands down, the best vacation we’ve ever had and seriously can’t wait to go back. We are hoping to get back there in the next 2 years!

    25th Anniversary Trip - Review e-mail I sent to resort

    We stayed from Nov 21 to Nov 28. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at your resort. The entire staff were very friendly, pretty much everyone said hello in passing. One of my concerns was, based on other peoples experience at other all-inclusive resorts, was the food. My concerns were quickly put aside after the first meal at Stewfish. We arrived late, around 9:30 PM. The restaurant was close to closing but the waiter immediately seated us and took our order. He could not have been nicer, even delivering my wife’s dessert on his head, very funny. We all laughed. Another highlight was the private candlelight dinner. We considered ourselves very lucky that we were seated at the table out past the line of flagpoles, just like the pictures on the internet. Dinner was fantastic, the waiter was excellent and everything arrived at the table in perfect time. I gave my wife a diamond anniversary ring there. The stay just got kept going perfectly. We never stood in a long line for anything, even at the bars. This was another concern we heard from our friends that stayed at other resorts. I can go on but I should wrap this up. We will definitely be staying with Sandals again, probably at a different resort just to see something different. Just need to save up for another trip For us, this was an expensive trip that we saved for, for a long time. Thank you for making it all worthwhile, we have a wonderful time.

    STAFF MADE THE TRIP!!

    Syrica in the Club Sandals lounge made all the difference this trip - from check in to check out. She was able to facilitate a cabana for our entire stay, and checked on us periodically both at the beach and around the property. "Proximity to the airport" is real here, and was a shock at first, but after a while it adds some fun to each day. This was our third Sandals location this year, we'll be back!

    This has been my third sandals resort I've went to - no complaints about the others but my goodness everyone was just flat out rude here. Other resorts everyone was so kind and accommodating. Here at Montego Bay every worker I encountered was dismissive and rude. I was so uncomfortable asking for anything because of the attitude given after. I am simple and do not ask for much at all. The only nice person I dealt with was my server @ my candlelight dinner I wish I had remembered his name. Overall Sandals Montego Bay should really work on customer service training......

    Sandals Disappointment

    As a diamond guest with Sandals and our first experience with Jamaica we were disappointed. This was not the Sandals experience we were used to. Constantly asking for refills of wine at dinners rather than being offered. We were told several times that items had run out. Two restaurants we were never offered desert menus after our main courses and felt we had overstayed our welcome. Pool deck needs a good clean. Rubbish under the cabanas/beds never clean out. We folded and left pool towels on afternoon and they were still there the next day. Constant phone calls in the afternoon asking how our trip was going. Four times in one afternoon. Decided to unplugg the phone. Was the air con on a timer? My husband requested two bottle of water at main bar just before our departure pick up and told that they did not have any!!! Overall totally disappointed with the Jamaica experience.
