Amada at this hotel was too kind and beautiful!! Been trying to cancel and reschedule my trip as I’m unable to travel with the health issues at this time and Booking.com wouldn’t call back from a week + but Amada was able to get me fixed up and now I can reschedule with no penalty! Thank you once again and thank you for being so kind and helpful, you rock!!!

Good location close to restaurants but avoid if you are in a wheelchair

Great location. We had a family room on level 2 so was grateful they had a lift. Unfortunately the family rooms were in the second building which required you use a card to open the door. I had broken bones in my foot before the trip so had hired an electric wheelchair. You can’t swipe the card and open the door in a wheelchair without getting out of the chair which which was inconvenient. I could also hear what was happening in the rooms around us and hear people coming back at night and leaving in the morning. The walls are like paper between the rooms so if you are a light sleeper that could be an issue.

    Disappointing in many ways

We spent 4 nights here so that we could visit Disneyland. We were disappointed in quite a few ways. When we arrived at the hotel there was no welcome - just an overworked receptionist trying to do a million different things, we had to wait and there was no apology. Our room was old and dated, everything in the room felt old and it was very dark. The bathroom was small and pokey. There was just nothing at all special about this hotel and it wasn’t like it was cheap! We’d come all the way from the UK and wanted just a tiny bit of magic! We’ve stayed in other hotels in the area - there’s better out there, I’d give this one a miss!

Hotel was nice, could use some updating but location was great. We try to stay within walking distance , its about a 10 min walk but one day we bought $6 all day ART pass and came in handy when walking all day at both parks. Buses are constantly running so never waited long for one.

    Great Hotel, Close to Disney!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. If you are visiting Disneyland, I highly recommend as this hotel is walking distance from the park. The hotel does offer a shuttle to and from the park at certain hours daily. Our family would book here again.
