Close to all the parks. The place was fun for families with kids 10 and under. My 13 yr olds said slides and water area were meant for little kids . They found a couple of kids to play basketball with, though there is only one hoop even though there are 3 poles put up. suite we had was queen master with Bunk bed room and a couch pull out, there were only 4 of us so plenty of space and could have slept 6 easy. Roomy but not the cleanest place and we had a toilet that kept sticking but Maintenace came and fixed it. They also charge a $26 a day parking fee I didn't notice in fine print I guess but be aware.

Over all good experience could have been better with less noise in oasis pool area, and more lifeguards watching that side would have been better. Wish hotel amenities were working when used some broken and loss of hot water one day was little disappointing. nice room and location to all the parks and eating places.

We stayed in the three bedroom (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a bed, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms). This room was great and the staff was so nice. My only complaint is the bathroom fans were insanely dirty and clogged with dust. Thats literally the only downside I can think of. Check in and check out was so simple. The pool area was fun and clean. There was staff constantly patrolling the grounds including the pull which was nice. The marketplace was also an excellent plus.

The water park and pools were amazing for the kids. We wish there were more lounge chairs by the crowded pool, there was none available for us some of the days. The poolside area was very crowded and loud, but that was ok with us. The pool was crowded due to being Spring Break week, but the service was good. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite was amazing for our large family and there was ample space. The grounds were nice. The marketplace lacked higher quality coffee, and that was challenging for us LOL. The food and especially beverages at the marketplace was very expensive. No corkscrews available at all and no glasses for wine etc. We had to drink out of plastic cups. We called a few times for extra blankets for our daughter who slept on the pull out bed (which did not have a blanket) and it took some time and a few calls to deliver. They did follow up by text to ask if there was anything else we needed. Overall it was fun for the kids but not as many perks for adults.

Great family resort, very friendly employees. Beautiful place to getaway an relax. Good food music and the walk around the resort is amazing. Will come again. Clean pools no mess no echos super family friendly. Pools open 9am-9pm prefect timing
