    Good location is about all it has going for it. Very outdated and sketchy looking. We were informed that even if we have the Do Not Disturb sign up they do daily "wellness checks" to make sure we are okay.. the staff did not pay attention to the sign either. The last day we were there we found a ROACH! We informed the front desk and the girl responded with oh I'm sorry... it was very clear that we weren't the first to report this. We had to throw out all of our food and go through our belongings with a fine tooth comb to make sure we weren't bringing any of these nasty things into our home.

    Seralago Hotel has always been our go to get away place when vacationing. Their prices are extremely reasonable; great customer service and the rooms have always been clean. Two gigantic pools. The front pool has the Tiki bar with amazing drinks and music. What more can you ask for !!!!!!

    The hotel is in a nice location near Old Town and quick access to the Disney Parks. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel itself has the potential to be really nice but needs clean-up and upgrades. The beds were comfortable but the room itself smelled of heavy mold, the bathroom door would not close unless you lifted the toilet seat to allow for the door to squeak by. The shower head only allowed for a stream to come out...no spray. The furniture looked like they bought it second hand. The pool area is nice. The main pool and baby pool were clean but the walkway around the hot tub is eroding away and made for tricky stepping. Plus, the hot tub was disturbingly dirty. The playground is not safe. The iron monkey bars are eroding away from age and is very sharp. DO not allow your kids to play on this. The Tiki Bar is cute and the bartender was very nice. The lobby area, store, game room and amenities were clean and nice.

    Do not stay, hidden extra costs on arrival

    Myself and my partner booked the hotel as it was the cheapest hotel in the area, knowing it probably wouldn’t be to the best of standards. However, when we got to the hotel we had to pay an extra $80 for a two weeks stay on tax fees which wasn’t clearly mentioned when we booked the hotel. We also had to put a $100 deposit fee on our credit card. There was no hot water one of the mornings which resulted with us having to brave an ice cold shower. Our toilet was also broken, so we had to shut the door every evening as the noise kept us awake. We informed the staff at reception but they were unenthusiastic and unhelpful, like throughout the duration of our stay. The best thing would have to be the bus shuttle as they offered transfers to a variety of the theme parks. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and do not recommend it. The only disappointing part of our holiday would be our experience staying at this hotel.

    Cleanliness was ok, we had NO HOT WATER during our 3 days with the exception of part of one morning. When I went to complain there never is the manager Rosado there and no assistant managers according to the desk. Their breakfast after the (10%) discount is still $25+ for two people and it has a 15% gratuity automatically added in ... auto-grats are a terrible idea if you want good service. Plus the food was a basic continental breakfast!!!!! DONT stay here unless you like poor service at a high cost.
