    I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to Universal. We stayed three nights, and it was so quiet and clean. The shower was really nice, and the beds were comfortable. Being able to take the shuttle to and from the park was so convenient. The only small thing that doesn’t make sense is that there is only one computer in the “business center,” and it is shared with the other hotel. We needed to print our Universal tickets, and another person was in there, so we had to wait a long time. Otherwise, everything was great!

    My wife and I frequently visit Orlando and have stayed at other Loews properties, including Portofino Bay and Hard Rock for Universal. We have been looking forward to staying at the Aventura property for the atmosphere and rooftop bar and decided to book this property for our anniversary. We usually worry about having to check in late, but this time it was a breeze. Kyle, the front desk rep, was amazing and extremely patient with us throughout the entire process. Our reservation was a little messed up due to us deciding to check in a night earlier, but he quickly resolved the problem to make sure that we were able to stay in the same room for our entire say. He also provided us anniversary buttons and information about the hotel to help us along stay here. Hands-down the best customer service that I have received at any Lowe’s property throughout our six years of going to Universal and Disney. Thanks so much for helping to start our vacation off on the right foot!

    new property with great design. looking for vending machine? 4th floor inside laundry room. fast check in and check out. great gift shop. 18$ parking for guests 40$ for non guests (ouch). pillows are like cement blocks. even though it’s a loews hotel you can’t book it through loews only universals website.

    I believe hotel Recently open. (2018). Hotel location close to Sapphire Falls, Cabana Bay, Volcano Bay and Citywalk. Room in s clean, nice amenities and staff is great. They have a fast food style dinning with good choices I will definitely be back.

    Nicely located hotel if visiting the parks - it's about 20-25 minutes from the airport, and there is a bus from the hotel to Citywalk at frequent intervals. The rooms are high-tech, controlled by an iPad, with a decent view and floor-to-ceiling windows. Where it fell down for me was that I arrived early and was told I would be getting a text/email when my room was ready. I waited most of the day without any notification, even well past the usual check-in time. I tried calling only to be hung up on. When I finally returned to the hotel, I was not given an explanation about why this had happened. The staff were courteous however, and offered a breakfast voucher, but it left me with a poor impression of the hotel as a whole.
