The manager of the pools is fantastic. Professional. Helpful. All staff has been polite, and helpful. Property is large and well kept. My children enjoyed the pools and having the ability for an adult experience as well was a perfect balance

Great family resort! Our son loves the kids club and we have always had a great experience with families at the pools. The food is great too, we love Toro by the golf course and La Hacienda is also a favorite of ours!!! The breakfast buffet is a winner too! The spa is amazing!!

My husband was at the Fairmont for a conference M-W and I flew in for an extended weekend. We decided to stay at the Fairmont to avoid him having to move, although we did have to change rooms. The A/C in our room didn’t work the first night but they fixed it and reimbursed us for the resort fee for the day. The following day, I went to use a robe and there was a noticeable amount of dried blood on the sleeve - disgusting. We called the front desk and they replaced it within 30 minutes. On our last day, the “fresh” towel I went to use as I left the shower, was dirty with brown streaks. I took pictures of both the robe and the towel. Overall the property is beautiful but the buildings are a little tired - I think they get a lot of wear and tear with conferences and golf. The rooms and experience are not up to Fairmont brand standards. Finally, at $1,000+ a night, our experience is really unacceptable. I would have preferred we had stayed at the JW or Four Seasons.

Great amenities for my family and I! The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess features six sparkling swimming pools, including a white sand beach pool and an adults-only pool, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation under the desert sun. We enjoyed each pool.

We spent 3 nights during spring break at this expansive and well maintained resort. Jelena at the Gold lounge took great care of our every need. The Gold upgrade gave us a roomy jr. suite with a large bathroom, free parking and most important, free access to the biggest, nicest spa we have ever experienced. All employees were very friendly and helpful. We never left the resort and enjoyed the fitness classes and spa every day. The food at the restaurants was excellent quality, and although pricey, reasonable for a hotel of this quality. Although the hotel was almost full, it never seemed crowded on the grounds, spa or adult pools. Lots of families were on site. We plan to return here for an annual spring visit.
