This resort is very lacking in several options. Food and restaurants are very limited and definitely nothing to brag about. No place to grab quick grab and go snacks. Almost zero activities planned. It’s a very boring resort to stay at. Unless you want to sit by the pool all day(if you can get a chair) or sit on a gravel pit of a beach then this resort will be for you. Most of the staff are friendly. However, the vacation club/time share people are the worst. Gaslighting gaslighting and gaslighting. There are a few things I do enjoy. Its location is great. You are a quick walk to the Malecón. Rooms are average. AC works great, newly renovated, rainfall shower. Beds suck though. It’s a very small resort which I do like. Overall I would not recommend this resort to anyone, nor would I stay here again.

The hotel is so beautiful, try and get here in a Thursday as for Thursday nights they have a big Mexican party and it is magnificent!! Overall what made my trip the most memorable was my favorite waiter Celso. Anything and everything I needed he was there for us. Any questions and any concerns he was there. Celso is an amazing soul, as I am not a drinker he recommended drinks that I would like and went for extra things to make it more to my liking. Celso is the sweetest and nicest waiter I’ve met at a resort, with a smile and never down and that’s comfortable as people come to enjoy a vacation. 100/10 recommend coming here !!

Rooms are small, sinks clogged, toilet clogged.Checkin staff very rude.Food choices were limited.The concierge was busy tricking and selling timeshares to guests, they came to us and said that tomorrow they will take us neighbouring hotel and will try to move us, if we like the rooms, and we thought this property is overbooked and they just wanna shift us. Next day the guy came and started asking about our ids and credit card, we were surprised and asked him, that what is he actually doing and then we came to know about time share stuff. Overall experience was negative

For our first trip to Mexico, I would recommend this hotel every time! The wifi works great, the food and drinks were amazing, and the AC in the room worked well also. The rooms were cleaned daily and the fridge was refreshed daily also. The staff are friendly and helpful. Celso kept our cups and bellies full everyday! His service made the trip even better! He took time to learn our names and our favourite drinks and welcomed us every day with smile. 100% would stay again.

Experiencia fenomenal. ¡Busca Celso para el servicio excelente! Modelo on tap is incredible as well as the fish tacos. Remember to save a seat early in the morning otherwise the best ones will be taken. Celso will hook you up all day with food and drinks!
