Came to Iberostar Grand for a romantic trip with partner. We loved how close it is to the airport, the swim out suite was beautiful and a great option when wanting to have quiet time but also pool access alone. We loved the surf and turf and casa de LA Playa restaurants - best shrimp tempura we've had. The lobby bar has amazing cappuccinos which we had every morning. Our butlers Danilo and Edward were fabulous and friendly. We found for an adult only resort it is nice, quiet, sophisticated and primarily older adults.

We will be back! 5 days of relaxing’ Such a great place! The grounds were beautiful. Everything was kept so clean. The resort was just the right size. I have celiac & they accommodated me! They always asked at the restaurants if you had a food allergy. The buffets You will want to ask if you aren’t sure but they do have gluten free breads and rolls. The foam party & the shows were fun! Now for the people OMG the people! The staff members rock! Mayelin at the Pool bar Jose & Salvador were our butlers Elisabeth server in lobby bar was always smiling & helpful! Jacinto was one of the most fun bartenders in the lobby Marisol & Evelyn in the spa Yary she was so sweet & accommodating. Isaura was our server along with Nelson & Anti at the Japanese restaurant. It amazes me how each one of the staff members help each other to make sure the guests have a great experience! Ani should be the face of the resort! She’s definitely the Hype girl of the resort. Always dancing, laughing, clapping & getting the crowd to participate. Silvestre & Lely at the pool bar! They knew every single drink & even helped me to create one! Carlos server buffet Franilda in the buffet was so helpful & nice! Juan Pablo was our server several times in the buffet! Always smiling asking us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Make sure to go to the Dominican restaurant that’s located just behind the buffet! It’s called Casa de Playa & is a bit hidden from the rest. All the restaurants were good but we didn’t go to the Italian. Plenty of pools, but like everyone else said get to the pool early if You want to get a good cabana!

Beautiful resort great staff wonderful food. We had a fantastic time. I would recommend this resort to anyone. We enjoyed the pool bar and the drinks were delicious. Beach was very clean and well maintained. Happy with the experience overall.

Awesome staff! Edward and Danilo were amazing at making sure we had everything we needed! We will be back for sure!! The entertainers and entertainment was so fun!!
