The hotel is far from San Diego's downtown but near to one of the biggest mall in the área. The room was clean, with hot water, good water preassure, the gym was good for small rutines, the swiming pool was ok, I do not use the laundry room or the restaurant. The internet service was intermitent in the room. The personal were very nice. I will come back for sure.

So I got a deal on travelzoo for the veteran day week end. The hotel is not the fanciest ever but you get what you need. They are renovating. The rooms were clean with a desk, tv, mini sofa chair to put on your shoes and whatever else a hotel offers and it has a mini fridge. It is decently quiet and the room was comfortable. You will noticed that the staff are nice from the room service cleaning ladies to the waitress at the “restaurant “ for free complimentary breakfast. You get the bang for your buck and they even have washer and dryers for guests which is pretty nice if you are on an extended stay. I would go again.

mostly empty hotel, decent room with balcony overlooking a somewhat noisy pool. breakfast and parking included via travelzoo promo for $111/night. Worth it? Not sure. Hotel circle location is isolated from anything San Diego is known for, tho freeways easily accessible (traffic is another story...).

I loved getting an upstairs room at the end of the hall with an awesome view of the pool. The room was very quiet and everything I needed, but a microwave and small fridge would be helpful. The hot tub was nice but not hot enough for me, but everything was clean. I loved the fully developed trees. Brings back great memories as I have stayed here with my Dad. And to top it off, excellent live entertainment in the lounge that night.

Worn out outdated property. In good repair but old. Lobby and carpet old. Worst of all was the 15 dollar parking fee that was not disclosed in advance. Captive to that as there is no other place to park nearby. Been here before and not had to pay but they now are. Seems trivial but if they were in an area of high density like downtown area then it might make sense. I think many hotels have developed the airline disease of ripping off whenever they can.
