I spent a week at Body Holiday and my experience was surreal! The staff, the amenities and the atmosphere was more than I could’ve imagined and everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment we entered, the staff was attentive to my needs and always made sure I was being taken care of. Digna and Toni- Ann at concierge were lovely and always checked in to see if there was anything else I needed. Other staff I came across such as Marvin/Captain/Kenya ( great chefs who made amazing food every night!) , Shaquille (great to speak with and ways made us feel at ease) , Neil( made tennis lessons fun), Whitney (who led an amazing cooking class), Whitney (who was at the breakfast bar and made sure I was being taken care of), Craig (attentive during my archery lessons and brought the fun during a boat ride). Yhasmine the general manager was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was welcoming and relaxing. Body Holiday is the most beautiful, relaxing and peaceful place to stay. From the cleanliness of the grounds, rooms to the daily activities offered such as tennis and archery, there is something for everyone. If you want to reset and truly enjoy your vacation in St. Lucia, this is the place to be and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Where do I start with this review? There are just so many positive and amazing things to say. To begin with I need to acknowledge how wonderful and friendly each member of staff is. From the gardeners, room cleaners, restaurant and bar workers to the exceptional bodyguards. Everyone is so welcoming and super friendly. As an active person there was so much to choose from and fill up your day - that is of course if you want to as these are purely optional. Literally from 7am all the way through to 5pm you have a huge array of activities to choose from (I loved the daily activity board!). I especially enjoyed the morning runs/spin classes followed by the yoga session, and the odd game of tennis and archery. The bodyguards (i.e. the coaches) were brilliant and so encouraging and ensured everyone in an actively was fully involved. A special thanks to the water sports guys (especially Sherman) for teaching me to waterski! Once you’ve finished your workout/workouts you could then spend your time drinking some amazing cocktails, eating delicious healthy food and watching the beautiful Caribbean Sea (and of course taking a swim in the warm sea). I mustn’t forget the all important daily massage/facial treatments included in your holiday. These were just magical and help you completely relax. The evenings were spent eating more delicious healthy food and watching or getting involved in the evening entertainment. The choice of restaurants was great. During our stay we were lucky enough to meet the St Lucian 60m World Indoor gold medalist Julien Alfred as she was also staying at The Bodyholiday. I have been very fortunate to visit a number of resorts around the world with my family and I must say this was one of my favourite holidays. This was a resort I last visited 19 years ago (when I was less active and just enjoyed the yum food and daily massages) and it didn’t disappoint then nor now (if anything I enjoyed it more now having made use of the numerous activities). This is a resort I will definitely return to again (and again and again). I’m already looking forward to seeing all the wonderful Bodyholiday staff very soon. I can highly recommend this resort 100%.

We were a party of four friends who had an amazing 11 night stay at the body holiday. This was our second year as a group ( the 10th visit for one of our friends!) The hotel is beautiful, as is the private beach. The grounds are stunning and very well maintained. We all noted the new furnishing in and around the hotel and rooms. The Spa is set in beautiful grounds above the hotel, the treatments are so indulgent. We did have a mix up with our treatments on arrival but thanks to the lovely Tamara, this was soon sorted. I’d recommend pre booking treatments online before arrival. The restaurants are varied and serve food and snacks which not only look amazing but taste amazing. The Caribbean themed evening with steel band & fireaters was one of my favourite nights in the hotel, and the sunset cruise was so much fun with the most amazing views. For me personally I have to say the biggest asset to this hotel is the staff. Many we recognised from the previous year but who also remembered us. We were welcomed back like old friends. So it wouldn’t be fair not to give personal recommendations, as so many staff members stood out in their roles. Our lovely housekeeper Beverley, Amanda at the deli( which also serves the best coffee and health shots) Leah, Leez and Trista who have a smile & welcome for everyone. Johnny and his colleagues at the sailing kiosk. The breakfast chef in the Cariblue who makes prepping eggs an art, and the lovely waiter Joseph who I seem to recall has been with the hotel 31yrs a true gentleman. And last but not least the amazing bodyguards( personal trainers) who push you in the best possible way. Thanks Deano and the WHOLE fitness team you make exercise so much fun. There’s something for everyone regardless of abilities. I can see why so many are returning guests. So will we be returning next year? You bet we will!

This was my 8th visit to the Body Holiday. It feels like going home and I have even had the same room several times. Why do I return? I feel ok going alone. The staff are lovely. The weather is great. The rooms and beds are fab. The food is plentiful. The daytime atmosphere is great. I always make new friends. There’s loads to do. I get fit. Love having a daily massage. It’s all just lovely. What I’ve missed. There were more couples and only a few solo travellers. I know they have a solo September but this has more of a dating connotation attached to it which puts me off. The evenings used to be busy with solo travellers and the club room kept playing music until 12. They have no live DJ just a guy silent playing from a computer. He said he didn’t had have a mic. You need a DJ with a mic and personality to bring the vibe. However one of the band leaders they had on the Tues was fab and he encouraged the few people who were left to get up and dance. Being mostly couples now they seem to head to bed after dinner so the place dies in the evenings. This was the only reason some of my other solo friends didn’t want to return this year. There also used to be a beach DJ one night a week which was great but this has been replaced by the samba band which finished early. This has not put me off though. It’s still a fabulous place. None like it and I will continue to return. Everything else is perfect. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the evenings. If you like getting fit you will be up early any way packing in all the day time activities.

My stay at the BodyHoliday was incredible. From the warm welcome to the heavenly room, every detail was perfect. The staff, especially Trista and Rohan at Cariblue, made my birthday unforgettable with a special celebration. The bartender at TAO (Eric) was fantastic, creating a personalized cocktail just for me. The spa treatments were so relaxing that I even fell asleep during one! My husband and I have already decided to return for our anniversary in November. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
