Extremely disappointed

Manveer J (Brampton, Canada) on Apr 17, 2024

My overall experience with this hotel was extremely bad. There was no working ac in the room. I was told they haven’t switched from winter to summer system yet. The water didn’t warm up and couldn’t shower. One of the beds was broken or leaned towards one side. The phone wasn’t working unless you speaker dial. We were switched to the other room. However the quality of the hotel is not what I expected from the brand. I will not stay with this hotel chain again.

Great Stay

Jose A on Apr 14, 2024

From the moment I arrived it was a pleasant experience up until I left. The staff were great and courteous, although I wish they had better knowledge on restaurant recommendations. Everything else was great! Their food is pretty good and their drinks are amazing.

Great hotel and amenities!

nickh959 (Rugby, North Dakota) on Apr 07, 2024

Great location, great staff, great rooms. In the heart of downtown, many bars and restaurants in the area. Minutes from the hockey and minor league baseball stadium. Again, staff was amazing! I would recommend this for couples, family and business.

Don't go Fairmont

Doug W on Mar 19, 2024

Got here on the 16, March, originally for 2 days, but truck wasn't ready and had to try and get another room for 1 more day! Got down to the desk and they told me that they were all booked up or they did have 1 room for $100.00 bucks more for the night. Then I call for breakfast and they don't have free breakfast! Then it's 26 dollars for an Omlette! Robbery is what it is! Well, I'll blame part of this on not having time to research from just getting into Winnipeg, but for the most part the rooms aren't near worth what your paying and having take 2 hours to get another room is just sad on the hotels part. The only part that worked out good was at least 1 of the staff was friendly and did manage to get me knocked to to $232.00 for the extra night "What a deal eh".
