Your safety is not only our priority onboard, but online as well. Be aware of fraudulent social media accounts impersonating WestJet and contacting guests. For your own safety, please be cautious when receiving messages from accounts disguised as WestJet on social media, especially when not from our official platforms. We do not send unsolicited messages to guests via DM (direct message), and we will never ask you for your password.
