Our music offering includes Juno award-winning recording artist Sean Jones and many of the Canadian music icons who’ve inspired him and us. We have also partnered with both Calm and LinkedIn Learning so, whether you want to sit back and meditate or spend some time enhancing your professional skills, WestJet Connect has something for everybody.

We are currently working to resolve an issue affecting select Android devices where media cannot be played. Known devices affected by this issue include but may not be limited to:
- All Samsung S23 devices with Android version 13
- Google Pixel 4 and 4a with Android version 13
- Google Pixel 6a with Android version 13
- Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro with Android version 13
- Oneplus 11 with Android version 13
Devices experiencing this issue will display a "Service unavailable" message when attempting to play media in the WestJet App and westjetconnect.com.

We're certain you've had that moment when you had absolutely no time to charge your device before you boarded the plane. Don’t worry, you can keep your entertainment and work devices powered up on our Boeing 737 aircraft which are equipped with charging ports, compatible with almost all devices. Please note: these ports are not designed for charging medical devices or batteries used for medical devices.
