Dining

Since 1956, Mai-Kai has attracted locals and visitors with its Polynesian-inspired cuisine and list of 57 tropical cocktails. Mai-Kai has been a favourite spot for many celebrities, including Johnny Carson and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Featuring the nation's longest-running Polynesian dance revue, you'll see everything from wedding dances to high-energy fire knife routines performed by native Polynesians here. The thatched roofs, South Seas decor and hand-carved tiki sculptures will make you feel like you just landed on a South Pacific island.

The menu features dishes with a mix of Asian and American influences. Try the specialty dish - a succulent roast duck cooked in an ancient Chinese wood-burning oven. For drinks, try a Shark Bite or Barrel O' Rum cocktail.
