    Our vacation started with us not being allowed to check into our room until 45 minutes after the posted check in time. Not a big deal but nevertheless an inconvenience after being on an airplane for the the previous 8 hrs. When we finally reached out room, it was in serious need of updating. One power stip located under the bed was the only outlet available to plug in our electronics. The humidifier located in our room had to be emptied twice a day otherwise the tile floor would get wet and sticky. We received extra towels each day to absorb the water leaking from the shower, otherwise water would run out into the entrance door area. Our last day there the hotel had no water so we couldn't shower or use the lavatory facilities. When checking out our room was charged for additional items we paid separately with our credit cards. Luckily the staff whom was more than accommodating adjusted our bill. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful in everyway. Overall it's a great location but for the money the hotel needs some serious work.

    Started at check in when the receptionist told us that breakfast starts at 07:30 to find out after two days that breakfast starts at 07:00 which was of course more convenient because of my time schedule The Air-conditioning was very noisy and on top of that could not be adjusted to a preferred pleasant temperature No coffee in the room and the fridge is way to small On the fourth day room service did not provide small towels, toilet paper, shampoo,soap etc and when asked for i was made clear in a disrespectful way that i was provided sufficient with these items on the previous days.... The only positive experience is the Location of the venue...

    Just returned from Brickell beach resort. I have to say the hotel is not in great condition. Saying that the manager Jeanrick did everything in his power to make us happy. We were moved to a nice room and also given a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We left very happy with the service and even if the hotel is not new the staff makes it great. Would definitely return. Also location is great.

    Okay, Its not the Hyatt or the Ritz but the hotel is a little gem,, maybe for $10.00 they can do a few little fixes for each room such as repainting the the air conditioner and painting the bathroom vanities, but the service was amazing, the bed was so comfortable , the guests were all so friendly, very clean and location was just perfect for a week's vacation maybe I would stay there for two weeks next time

    Excellent location- hole in the wall. Safe didn’t work, noise of silverware from restaurant the entire time, slippery floors, poor customer service, luke warm water, very little water pressure, no room service menus available, no phone in room to call room service or front desk.
