    There are both Negative & Positive comments for this hotel. Lets begin with comments for improvement. 1. -Bartenders in the lobby area don't smile, except for one or 2 of them It almost makes you afraid to ask them for a drink as they seem unapproachable. Drinks seem to be watered down. 2.- The male employees at the front desk do not greet you with a smile Being an owner in the service industry, one should always greet their paying clients with a smile. 3. Our rooms were full of large ants, they never fumigated inside We had NO hot water for 3 days :( 4, We found roaches crawling in the main buffet area where breakfast lunch and dinner is served. I also found one crawling on the wall beside me while I was eating lunch YUK!! 5. Bartenders at the pool bar. One really hard worker and always with a smile ready to serve you. (Mirey or Mira) she was the Best!! 6..Watch out for the guy that try's to sell you coconuts. The coconuts and coconut water is free of charge, but he seems to dislike the tourist unless he gets tipped huge $$ He will try to tell you that he brought the coconuts from his home backyard, but the hotel supplies him with the coconuts. Dont let him fool you.. Specialty Restaurants: There is nothing special about them except you order a la carte but the selection is mimimal Positive: hotel is clean good supply of towels and linens Great entertainment free catamaran ride Nice vacation, we enjoyed ourselves overall. But dont go there for food or drink, you may be dissapointed. These comments have been posted so that others are aware and hopefully someone from the hotel reads the review so that they can make improvements in certain areas.

    A very hard working management crew who are always on hand to make sure your stay is perfect .Good Cuban quality food . a wonderful beach Fantastic wind and wakes for kite surfing Best on island really .Even if your just watching it is amazing to see people catch 20 to 30 feet of air . Clean and proud staff make this place lots of fun. PS> do not be fooled by the fashion show ticket scam they sell you tickets to win anything in the show but give you 3rd choice products after .

    This was our second time in Cayo Coco and first time at Pullman. Not sure if this resort is hyped, but here are a few points that we've observed: - travelled near the end of October. Due to the pleasant wind that was blowing, we didn't observe any mosquitoes. Came back with 2-3 bites each, but we didn't put on any repellant. - I understand how some people are bothered by the beach party. It's loud, and it goes until around 1:30 am. Our bungalow was a bit farther back, but the bass was loud. We slept with no issues, but I can see how it may be an issue for some. I'd recommend having the party go until around 11 pm and continuing it at the disco. - Not sure who this "entertainment team" is, but we barely saw them on the beach. In the week that we were there, we were asked to play volleyball twice, and we happened to be passing by for a small game of throwing the rings around a stake. It appears that the entertainment team was mostly at the pool. This is in contrast to another resort that we were in, where the entertainment team was at the beach as well as at the pool. At the other resort, they intermingled with the guests and had games for all. I don't recognize any of the names mentioned in these reviews except for Double A - he was at the beach party. -the food is ok. Again, in comparison to another resort, it was a tad bit lower. I'd rate the Ala cartes from best to ok: French, Japanese, Italian. On a brighter note, it was nice to have the Ala cartes already booked - we didn't see the need to modify the dates/times. - shout out to Francine in the breakfast/lunch area. As you walk in, her area is to the left, beside the wall. She has the biggest and brightest smile, and is like this everyday! The people of Cuba are the best! - the resort is clean, but they can place some strips to catch the flies in the snack area. Yes, I know this is Cuba, but I've never seen as many flies in a place as I did at the snack bar. - The rooms are clean, there is a walk-in shower, and balcony. The bed was made everyday and towels freshened. For some reason, water was replenished every other day or so. We had to go to the bar to ask for bottles of water. - The weather was amazing, even though it rained for a tiny bit. But this is no fault of the resort. - The resort is a bit of a distance from the shopping center, but that's neither a plus nor a minus. - We wanted to take the advertised tennis lessons, but there was never anyone there! - The entertainment shows were good, but I wouldn't put it over and beyond the entertainment at any other resort! There was plenty of seating, and they had some entertainment for the kids as well. The overall entertainment was rsally well done, given the layout of the lobby. They had a jazz band, instrumental band, bass singer, and other lobby entertainment. - The disco on site is a hit or miss. Last time we checked on a Friday night around midnight, it had only about 4-5 people in there. If you stay in the Flamenco Beach area, there's a disco and market area within a short walk. - the resort specifically states no reservation of sun shelters on the beach. Yet around 8 am, all the front row shelters are reserved, some with scarves and t-shirts. The worker on the beach is well aware of this. We were sometimes lucky to get a front row sun shelter, but there were tons of second row. Overall, not happy because of the reservations, but content that there were plenty of shelters for all. Overall, for the price paid, Pullman is overrated. Check out similar 4.5 star resorts like the Memories Flamenco Beach. I'd be hesitant to return here, given the value for the dollar spent.

    i would like to come back to Pullman because I had very great time hotel is clean rooms are very clean staff are very friendly especially Yanelis she is awesome and lovely I enjoyed the food and the buffet and final the beach was amazing . John

    Stayed at Pullman for 2 weeks .We had a great time.The animation team was great! (Adrain, Choco, Leila, Betty and the twins) they really made the trip fun and enjoyable.The food was good, especially the French restaurant and the Japanese. The staff was great (thanks Jamie at the buffet) The rooms are clean.Clean beach towels every day and a beautiful beach Some issues with the resort being damaged from the hurricane and not fully fixed, but nothing that can't be resolved or accommodate.Lots of mosquitos due to rain, but like they say its a "All Inclusive Resort".We want to thank you guys for make this vacation special!
