Sunscape Dorado Pacifico Ixtapa

My spouse and I had amazing week at this hotel! When we first arrived, we were pleased to see how beautiful was the ocean view from our room. So romantic! Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Jorge, Jesus, Tania, Antonio and Alicia are just a few of the employees who stand out and made our stay incredible. We absolutely adored their attentioned service. The sunsets were also amazing and the beach allowed us long walks. Drinks and food were good especially the ceviche. We’ve stayed at several of the all inclusive hotels in Ixtapa and Sunscape is by far the best! Very friendly and helpful staff, relaxing pool and beach, and amazing food and drinks! (Sunscape has by far the best food and drinks out of any of the hotels we’ve stayed at) There is plenty to do for entertainment with water aerobics and games during the day to the entertaining shows at night! There’s also shopping right across the street and lots of fun activities on the beach including parasailing, jet skiing and tubing! We definitely recommend staying at Sunscape anytime you’re in Ixtapa!!!

We had the best time at Sunscape! We purchased a day pass and it really was a perfect day, lounging in the sun, relaxing in the pool, and indulging in the food & drinks! Daniel, Jorge, and Tania are just a few of the employees who stand out as they were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! I definitely recommend Sunscape, it’s extremely clean & comfortable. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable...we will be back!

10 days at SunScape Ixtapa. We were greeted and treated like family the minute we arrived until the time we left!! Jesus made each and every day spectacular! He has such a wonderful smile and is so accommodating! He had our lounge chairs ready for us each morning along with his wonderful smile! We absolutely adored him!! Jorge was also so welcoming and attentive. In fact we questioned the menu (which is very limited due to Covid...no fault of the resort) and he had the chef prepare us a special menu for the evening. We felt like royalty. I cannot say enough about the ENTIRE staff. Absolutely excellent!! Each day at mealtime we were greeted by hostess Nadia....she remembered us and our room numbers. Such an excellent employee. Others to be mentioned were Marcelo and Adeline the lunchtime staff.... Anibel and Julio the evening meal staff.We enjoyed them and they provided excellent service. The bar service at the pool was very good. We were part of the sun club, but the lounge area for sun club is now closed due to Covid restrictions. We stayed in a family suite and the view was SENSATIONAL! Sunsets were amazing. All the staff followed the guidelines for Covid safety and we felt very safe there! Only complaint was we had to ask the housekeeper for things we ran out of such as shampoo, soap and toilet paper. However room was very clean, the hallways could have been a bit cleaner. But that’s really not much to complain about. The beach is GREAT for beach walking. And one more thing...we saw whales from our room and from our lounge chairs by the pool facing the ocean. And we also saw baby sea turtles and dolphins on our morning walks. We had a FANTASTIC time and will definitely be returning. Jesus made our trip excellent!! He’s the BEST!!

8 days at Sunscape in Ixtapa. Beautiful facility, great staff, excellent rooms. A few drawbacks though. The covid has hampered the use of the entire facility. I was looking forward to a massage. Another drawback was the food. Quality and variety was lacking big time. When your room service meal is better than 2 signature restaurants we have a problem. Alo if your a smoker you are in trouble. No place to smoke
