    Traveling during Covid

    Covid has struck every facet of the world we live in. What once was us no more. Due to Covid the clubs,pools and amenities are closed and/or not available. And yes you will be charged the resort fee though the amenities they say it covers are not available. I asked it to be waived (sure I’m not the first) Pure shock I tell you the look on his face was pure shock. Sorry sir you’re telling me what WAS available in the summer. My friend it’s not summertime. The Flamingo pool was not open. Check with the hotel in advance. Shows are still advertised. But of course closed down. Where’s your perks??? No free play? No haggling of sightseeing tours??? There’s a strange odor in the ‘non-smoking’ room. It’s like a stale I used to smoke trapped in the carpeting type of smell.

    The hotel was very nice. Guests service was great. The room was nice but it was not clean. The table was dusty and the night stand had a wet cup water ring on it. Under the couch was a cheese it. In these times we are in, the room should have been disinfected. The guest ser e sent the maids to come back up to clean and the still didn't get the cheese it under the couch.

    We had a terrible experience at Tuscany Inn and Suites. We needed to find a place to stay at 5:00. We called and they were so helpful. The hotel room was great. The casino is busy and a bit loud but everyone was helpful and friendly.

    My trip was very nice. This was my first time in Las Vegas. Me, my boyfriend and my family came to celebrate my birthday for the weekend. The hotel was very nice and the staff was good. The rooms were nice and the view was excellent.

    Check in staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Especially since I had 4 rooms under my name total. All rooms were spread apart and not even what I reserved or the view (below is the lovely view I had which was supposed to be a High Roller View). Best compensation given was food and drink credits which could only be used at the cafe or the steak house which is $50 per steak. Rooms smelled like smoke really bad and the hotel isn’t clean especially with COVID. One of our rooms had only one pillow, another room had zero toiletries. Neighboring room had a dog barking non-stop, parties in the hall all night long. Internet is terrible! Overall horrible experience.
