Don’t stay here

It took over 1 hour 30 minutes to check in. The kiosks were open but if you had any issues there was no one to help. Only 2 people behind the desk checking people in. A manager looking at the line with a blank look on his face. Rooms aren’t very clean. No 24 hour room service. Very disappointing. Don’t bother coming here

Don’t stay here

Arrival : if you are staying in the Versailles rooms be prepared for a very underwhelming entrance and reception as it’s in the horseshoe not the actual Paris hotel. We were directed to enter this side and upon entering (our first time in Vegas) I just wanted to turn around and go home. There is no where for guests to sit while checkin is happening, it stinks of smoke (and after walking around other hotels locally it’s the worst for smoke). The reception was very unhelpful, she was obviously just ticking the boxes of what she had to do. We wanted further detail on local breakfast and eatery recommendations for our family and got nothing. Rooms: rooms themselves have obviously been recently done and thankfully don’t stink of smoke. However there are no tea and coffee facilities or a fridge, so if you have a family it’s not practical at all. Limited hangers for towels if multiple people in one room. No in house information booklet to tell us more about the place. Special mention to housekeeping ladies who are the friendliest faces we saw on arrival and during our stay. This stay was at the end of a two week trip around California and was meant to be the highlight of our hotel stays as it was the most expensive. I’d say the ihg hotel at 29 palms far surpasses this hotel in terms of customer service, room facilities and a wow factor upon entering reception. Please do your research before booking this hotel. It is obvious that the hotel owners have no interest in their customer base by their lack of reply to all those reviews prior to mine. So do yourself a favour and book elsewhere so you’re not helping to line their rich pockets. Stay well clear.

It was so inconvenient to stay there. Room stinks and is too small, no toiletries and rude customer service. Was charged twice and no information provided regarding amenities. Pool is closed so there’s nothing much just bed, no breakfast included rooms, so you would have to look for another spot. Not worth for the price. Wouldn’t come back for sure. And they need improvements in their service

Great stay.

Great stay. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by Casey and Odalis. Super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. This is my wife's first trip to Vegas and she is already talking about coming back and staying here again. Thank you Casey and Odalis for not only the great attitude but your overall friendliness and room upgrade. When we do come back we will definitely stay here again.

Could have been better

Once checked in, went to my room to find no sheets on the bed and it hadn't been cleaned. The hallways were always dirty. In general the hotel needs some major cleaning and attention to detail and customer service. I would probably stay at another property on my next visit
