Stayed at the Palazzo for three nights whilst visiting Las Vegas. Stunning suite made us feel very spoilt. Excellent staff especially Iris on the concierge desk who helped us get tickets to see Dionne Warwick. The link through to The Venetian gave us lots of choice when it came to eating as well as viewing the beautifully decorated interiors. Would recommend and would stay here again.

After we left a detailed review of our poor experience, "Customer relations" made it seem like they cared and they would resolve our issues. Turns out that is just for show and they actually made no attempts at fixing their issues. We were charged for services not used. The way "customer relations" resolved it was going "we're allowed to do this and it is common practice in Las Vegas". They will rip you off and then will not actually even TRY to fix the issue! Seriously, all of this over a $153.06 fee that they clearly needed more than they need returning guests. I booked my trip through Costco and have let them know the issues we encountered with this hotel. Hopefully, they take into consideration the type of places they offer to their members in the future.

This was our first time staying here and it was so nice. The front desk staff were pleasant, and made our check in smooth. The rooms were really nice and luxurious. We stayed on the 31st floor. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was nice also. The maids were really nice and sweet as well, we noticed that them mess a spot on our toilet but when we called down and told them, housekeeping came immediately and clean the whole toilet room. So we were satisfied. The hotel has lots of security and you even need your room key before you even get to the elevator. We did have some trouble finding restaurants and it was some much walking but we really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. And the Pools were just beautiful but the water was freezing probably because they weather was like 90.

We will not stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights in September 2019 in this very large hotel (combined with the adjacent Venetian: 3068 rooms, second largest hotel in the world? We booked a Luxury Suite with king size bed and a view at the Treasure Island hotel and the Mirage hotel. It seems the hotel is the tallest building in Nevada. Breakfast was not included in our reservation and very expensive. The hotel has a large, free underground parking. Valet parking is available. Most staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel has several (expensive) restaurants and a pool area with several pools. Unfortunately they play continuous loud (“boom boom”) music at the pool area. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a desk and seating area. On the negative side: the room is rather noisy, sounds from the corridor and other rooms can be heard. Sometimes the air-conditioning blows kitchen smells into the room. This would be the main reason not to stay here again. The bathroom was also spacious with 2 sinks, a bathtub and separate shower cabin and separate toilet. Room and bathroom were very clean and had good lighting. The bed and shower were very good. There is a (expensive) minibar and NO coffee machine or kettle to boil water in the room. For medical reasons a small refrigerator can be placed in the room. Wi-Fi is good but sometimes slow. Very disturbing is the fact that smoking (including cigars!) is allowed in the casino and the only way to the elevators to the rooms is through the casino. Another reason for us not to stay here again and a real health risk for the employees in the casino.
