    beautiful location, pools, very quaint, a few administrative problems

    Overall the property is beautiful, the pools overlooking the ocean are stunning and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food is great at all of the restaurants. There were a few off-putting administrative details that frustrated us. First, when we checked in, this is after 2 flights and a 12 hour day, a man pulls us aside to give us all this excursion info and trying to be helfpul. We're exhausted and just want to go rest, and he's selling all these things; it turns out he's trying to sell timeshares and get us to go to a meeting the next morning on timeshares. I was really surprised and put off that sheraton would allow someone like this to operate in their main lobby and accost people in that way. Then small things like wifi not being covered, and the water bottle filling stations being an extra "fee" to use. I just felt nickel and dimed about small things. I'd rather just pay a different rate and have all that stuff be included rather than think about it or get a big bill at the end. Most of the dining experiences were great but at one of the restaurants they continually ignored us at the end of our meal and we had to ask for our check several times and finally had to get up and leave and ask the host for our bill to sign because we had been sitting for so long. Like I said though overall it was a nice experience, I like that it was away from town and quiet. I'm not sure I'd go back to that particular hotel, maybe, but honestly that sales-y pitch was a real turn off.

    Amazing visit for my wife and me!!!

    We had a great visit to Cabo and thoroughly enjoyed this resort. The food was fantastic and the time of year we went (Oct) was very relaxing because the crowds were not present. The breakfast served each day (buffet style) was a highlight of the trip, along with our servers Rocio and Vyctor. They were both very attentive and just the nicest people. Always a smile with those two! We asked to sit in their area every morning because they started our day off the right way! Roberto, Felipe and Hugo were first class by the pool as well. Always seemed like they actually cared that we were doing well each time they passed by. Thanks to all the staff (who knew us by name) for making this a wonderful celebration for my wife and me!

    Visited first in March of 2018, returned September 2019. Another fine trip. All went well, including a great room (off-peak season, mind you). Great restaurants, pools, service, spa, health club, and beach (although rarely swimmable).

    Enjoyed our 6 day stay at this property. Outstanding service, all employees kind and courteous, anxious to please Bonvoy members. Amenities are first rate as the hotel shares the property with timeshare villas. Thanks to Manny, Bonvoy Ambassador, for reaching out prior to our stay and staying in touch with us throughout, and Irma, Concierge, for coordinating several outings. Check out the Tomatoes breakfast! Highly recommend

    Fabulous Property-Made me a Sheraton Fan

    This was the first time I've ever stayed at a property where the hotel was actually nicer than the photos! The property and staff were amazing. From a first-rate breakfast buffet, to several great evening restaurant options, its great location was close to Cabo San Lucas downtown nightlife. When our young son was sick, the staff brought him chicken soup without us asking! We had a wonderful upgrade facing the ocean, and the waves and tranquility provided such a relaxing ambience we didn't want to leave. The pools were wonderfully maintained and the poolside staff were ever vigilent, even ready to jump in when one of us swallowed too much water. On one day, a sea turtle release caused everyone at the pool to run to the ocean for photos. It was a real highlight for everyone. We will definitely return and couldn't thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. Everyone knew our name. It's also a beautiful property. Thank you, Sheraton Grand Los Cabos!
