    Big shout to Kenisha at the kool shady bar who was so attentive to my wife and I during our stay. She always had a smile and our glasses were never empty, if you come across her give her a big hug, she deserves it!!!

    This was the first activity that I engaged myself in during my stay at this hotel. I had a fantastic time, the exercise was amazing and worked all the areas of my muscles. Thanks Jovanne for encouraging me to take part.

    Great place to stay and visit! Loved the scenery and resort. The service was great, treated well. This was our honeymoon and we never received our coupon book or champagne. We are easy going so we did not complain. Overall, best vacation ever!

    I must say that my second experience was horrible. First of all the reservations manager was not prompt in her response in dealing with our reservations. We booked our reservations 6 days ahead of time, and even on arrival we had issues getting a room as though we didnt pay our money to be there. Our names were not at the main gate, either. If that wasn't bad enough, we got no explanation or apology from the reservations manager as to why we had an unprofessional booking and a poor welcome. Sabrina needs employee of the year or an award because she was the one who helped us to sort out our reservations issue, with a warm, friendly and comforting smile. It's a thumbs up when it comes on the beautiful property and food. Room service arrived late, and if we didnt remind them that we made an order over an hour, they would never arrived with the food, we were disappointed about that. Our rooms wasn't cleaned properly, the staff at the poolside bar did not have a friendly face. We dont plan on coming back.

    Was the worst stay ever from making the reservation check in and everything room service was the worst took long to arrive wen they do the food was cold most staff not friendly wen u talking to them have attitude we called and complain to front desk about our bad stay no one call to apologize would not advice anyone to go there it was the worst even check out early
