Best Hotel to Stay for Disney

Bella the front desk supervisor was amazing from the minute we checked in until the minute we checked out! The breakfast was ok but there are lots of other options around the hotel if you get tired of the free breakfast.
No Food or Drinks

Upon check in the staff was very helpful, he was friendly and checked us in right away. As I opened the door to the room I noticed the room hadn’t been vacuumed, everything else seemed clean except the carpet was gross. I had the kids wear slippers and sandals to avoid contact with the carpet. The breakfast buffet was decent, it was clean and plenty of seating. The issue was on Thursday March 21st after a long day the family and I wanted to have a couple cocktails and order dinner…well we couldn’t do that because the bar was closed. The staff swore it never happened but based on their response to have zero response or remorse, I’m thinking this has happened before. Ultimately, this is the Hyatt! If I wanted a mediocre experience I would’ve booked a room at a Holiday Inn, but because I wanted a better experience I came to book at the Hyatt and boy did they disappoint!
A very comfortable stay for families

We got a family suite for our family of four. There was a comfortable king bed (with pretty good pillows) and doors dividing us from the kids' room with bunk beds, a sectional, and their own TV. There is a mini fridge to keep snacks and drinks in there. The pool is excellent and only 4 feet deep, so it's great for kids. The hot tub was also really nice after trekking through Disneyland all day. I have celiac disease, and Margarita was so helpful every morning during breakfast. She made sure I got a gluten-free breakfast and everything I needed. I'm so grateful to her because eating while travelling is such a challenge for me. Overall, I highly recommend it. It's an 8-10 minute walk from the gates to Disneyland and California Adventure Park.
Convention stay

I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room, friendliness of the staff and comfort of the hotel. Definitely worth staying here versus some of the larger hotels that may be a bit closer.
