Hotel was ok. The rooms were very dark and very cold, despite trying to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Breakfast was barely passable, and I’ve never experienced paper plates and plastic cutlery in a hotel before. Location was good for the Disney parks and whilst the free shuttle bus was useful, the timing of the return bus never quite worked out - the bus home from Magic Kingdom was 9.25pm which we missed when watching the fireworks as they finished around 9pm and it took over 30 mins to exit the park. We then had to wait until 10.25. Same experience with Epcot timings. The bus driver was brilliant though and very informative. The hotel is on a main, busy road and our room was facing the road, which I found quite noisy throughout the night but I am a light sleeper. Reception staff were very friendly. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a cheap budget hotel

Large and nice rooms. Interesting location. However serious room for improvement for the hotel management: (1) Freezing cold air conditioning across the hotel in hallway, breakfast room, … (2) Breakfast room way too small to host all guests (3) Poor offer/choice/availability of breakfast (4) One out of two main elevators was out of order the entire duration of the stay. Caused long waiting times. (5) Had to request reception two consecutive nights to correct the amount of towel sets to match the amount of guests

Very convenient hotel for an Orlando stay with family. Good size rooms for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) & well located. Staff was very friendly and property was well maintained. I think there is room for improvement with the breakfast, maybe more veggie options?

This was a great choice for us as grandparents enjoying time at Disney, while our son and family stayed at a nearby resort hotel. We enjoyed returning to our quiet hotel and the small pool in the afternoons after a hectic time in the Park. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.Everything was a short drive away. Our room was very large and had everything we needed including a kitchenette and large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service upon arrival by all the front desk staff. Special shout out to Beverley who text us to let us know our room was ready while we waited at Caribe Royale at lunch. No control for us as to arrival time due to flight times from Canada. She was exceptional! The suites are basic, comfortable and clean. We were on 6th floor, room 635 and we could see the light show and fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom…that’s the closest we got to those parks! The pool area - basic, nothing exceptional. The sister property, Caribe Royale is far superior if you are looking for a more tropical swim area. The hot tub did not work on our first visit - but no worries there as we were shortly bombarded by 7 or 8 youngsters under the age of 12 so we left. On day 4 of our stay we had the tub and pool to ourselves…benefit of being a crazy Canadian used to chilly temperatures. The Breakfast which is included - was great! Scrambled eggs, sausages, fried potatoes, fruit, porridge, cereal, toast and crumpets. Breakfast area is extremely clean and well maintained. Never had to wait, never crowded. 100% pleased with this area If traveling with children or groups, this is an ideal spot. F
