Beautiful, calming decor throughout.. Nice, refreshing, super clean pools. Good location, before you get to all of the Disney traffic, easy on and off of I4. Full Water Park right next door, and also Sunset Walk with shops and restaurants. Valet parking on pointe, never had to wait for our car. LIghting in the rooms is a little wierd, but not a deal breaker. Nice adirondak chairs on the balcony, loved them.

The resort is so beautiful. The rooms are amazing and the pool view is the best. I travel frequently and this is definitely one of my favorite resorts. I want to give a huge shout out to Allison at the Front desk. Her customer service and kindness made our stay perfect !!! Also Damien at the bar and Osma(Spelling may be wrong) at the pool were top notch and so friendly and will put a smile on your face. This was my second visit and can't wait to come again. Thank you again for an amazing stay. See you again soon:) lol

Great Hotel, ambiance is GORGEOUS and the location is perfect. 15 minute walk to target. 5-8 minute walk to restaurants. I didn’t care for drinks at the pool couldn’t taste ANY alcohol and $12-$20 for a small solo cup. Air won’t let you set under 70° In room. Door doesn’t close when you leave room, SO REALLY PUSH IT before leaving. Also there is a ‘door bell’ outside your room for room service. It’s creative but the alarm and light that goes off freaks you out at first. We swore it was a fire alarm going on. Happy Hour only beer & wine and no entertainment then either. Food at pool was good and fairly priced they just closed it at happy hour... Beds are comfortable but they only change every 3 days unless requested. Same with towels. Pools are NICE, they have ledges to sit in the Pool and Drink. But the ambiance and aesthetic here is beyond beautiful. It’s really above and beyond any hotel lobby I’ve seen and the property is very new and clean. I loved it aside from the few mishaps.

This hotel over booked my suite and then proceeded to give me another suite and then when I got to the hotel I could not get into the suite till the next day of my stay. Then the restaurant which was basically empty we had to 20 minutes to sit down because it was so busy. The girl at the front was so snotty and condescending that it completely ruined my experience. She was so rude. I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again. What a train wreck.

Visited 4/15-19, for a Mother/daughter Birthday celebration and stayed in the cottages. Property is beautiful and well kept but had issues with management. When we arrived there was a guest screamimg at a front desk clerk and this young girl just stood there and took it. She later told me management was not in until 1:00 and they had very little power to fix anything. The hotel and front desk seemed to have very little communication. I was sent flowers for my Birthday. Someone from the desk left a message in the afternoon. When Icalled to see if they could be delivered to my cottage I was told no because I had to pay a delivery fee???WTF! The next morning when I went to retrieve the flowers I was told they were sent back because they couldn't find me???The cottage desk was really trying to help where the hotel desk clerk acted like you're in the cottage and I don't GAF! One day at the pool there was alot of partying going on (no big deal), until there was an extremely drunk young woman staggering (danderously) around the pool. I saw numerous employees walk past her and ignore her.I was about to help but someone finally claimed her. Our cottage was nice but far from the hotel, just be aware when booking. The shuttle drivers were the stars of the staff. (Married couple) I worked for Marriott for mnay years and saw a difference in customer service. Margaritaville you need to step up your game! I actually went thinking I might be interested in investing in a cottage but things would have to improve tremendously before I would even return never mind invest. I'll stick with Marriott for now!
