My sons love sports and this was the first time at All Star Sports. We had a preferred room for four days in the touchdown section on the 3rd Floor. The room location was great, it was actually very quiet. However, the room needs some seriously updating. The outlets are very loose and some didn''t even work, the painting was horribly done, there were sections that seemed the painter was in a hurry. Stains on the chairs and floor, ripped curtians. Dirty and dusty a/c vents and return. Really, it needs a total redo. There wasn't any hand soap. I also requested a vip cleaning because of my sons' dust and dander allergies. It wasn't done. And I know it wasn't done because there was a layer of dust on top of the tv cabinet. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. Housekeeping knocked on our door the day before we left and kept questioning which day we were leaving. Communication needs to improve in housekeeping. They also need to clean the rooms better. The safe is still locked by a key. Food was actually good, I had a turkey panini and it was very yummy. Kids had pizza and pasta which was also tasty. The only issue was the serving cast members. They seemed to have no life in them, food took forever. The surfer pool was a lot of fun, not crowed and lots of room. Game room was fun, kids had a blast. Many of the cast members were super friendly and great. Gift shop is stocked well, but there isn't much selection for non Disney snacks. The other value resorts have more of a selection. They also had cases of water, sports didn't. (Do not drink the free water at quick services, the tap water doesn't taste clean) The buses merge with the other All Stars resorts in the morning. At night there are separate buses but there are so many people waiting to return back. We used the Minnie Van service twice which was convenient but expensive! Parks were fun, but watch out, Magic Kingdom is super crowded. It rained a lot and many of the outside rides were closed which made the other rides insanely long even with a fast past! Overall All Stars Sports was fun and a good value for the price. Need to clean and update rooms. I"m not sure I would stay again, maybe to Pop Century at the updated rooms. Lastly, year after year Disney standards slowly declined. I see and feel it, it's not the same. Resorts and Parks are dirty and worn out. Guest have gotten obnoxious and have no manners or respect for others. Casts members don't seem happy. It's sad, we love Disney World, but the vibe has differently changed.

I took my son to The All-Star Sports resort the first week of August for a father/son vacation and it was the best time I have ever had. It was everything that we needed to explore WDW and have a place to stay and also a place to eat. I was never a "Disney" person till this trip and part of it was the great service that we received from the resort. I am a "Disney" person now and plan on going down regularly and staying there. I also had a problem with being overheated from the Sun and High Temperatures and the people working the front desk were amazing helping me. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

    Nice place to stay

As value resorts go, All Star Sports is one of my favourites. Their food court is one of the better ones, the rooms are appropriately themed and decorated and everything is close. There is a pool close to each section of the resort. Regardless of whether you’re staying in the Surfboard area or the Football area, a pool is close by and the entrance is never far. It does EXACTLY what it needs to do for the amount of time you’re staying.

    PLEASANTLY SURPRISED

My 10-year OLF son and I didn’t know what to expect when we scheduled three nights at All-Star Sports Resort in Walt Disney World. Having stayed at Pop Century and All-Star Movies, our preconceived notion was “ It’ll be ok, but it won’t really matter because we’re on-property and we’ll be in the parks most of the day anyway.” We we’re pleasantly surprised. The staff was fantastic, very engaging especially with my son. We loved the food court; had a very good burger and juicy hot dog. Buses ran on time, pretty consistent. The room was fine, especially when you consider the price. But really—- the kicker was the football field in the courtyard!!

Fifth time visiting Disney and previous four times we’ve stayed in a private villa near to the 192. We’ve always wanted to stay in a Disney hotel but been put off by the price. A family of 10 for example can get a large villa with private pool for around $2,000 for two weeks, great value and all the things you need, iron, washing and cooking etc. We booked all stars resort for 11 nights costing just under £1,000 for 2 adults and 1 teen. Great value. The resort itself is clean and tidy as expected from Disney. The room is small and so is the bathroom. Not much room to put clothes. The room is dated and in need of update. For the money it’s good value, that’s all. I wouldn’t stay again. The only problem is if you want something next level on Disney then I personally I think there overpriced. So for me I will go back to a villa for the money. Parking is free.
