Budget hotel! However we had no complaints, the room was clean. The shower was hot and good power. It’s disney so you don’t spend much time in the room however it needs to be comfortable and clean. Which it was. Front desk very helpful if busy most of the time. I would say the only downside is the food hall, you don’t have a table service at the hotel which can become a bit of a pain when all you want to do is chill after a long day at the park, but you will have to go out again for dinner. Having said that the food served at the hotel is good. Breakfast was a little cold. But there is a microwave. Unfortunately food doesn’t stay hot for long under lights on the pass. I’m a chef so I would know. Bottom line all in all a nice hotel and good service. We are going back in May and wouldn’t think twice about staying there again.

    BEST TIME OF MY LIFE.

Me and my friend visited here for a very special after camp reunion. We had spent a lot of money to come here for a week. And boy was it worth every penny!. Hotel very clean. Very spacious big king beds we had one each!! Bathroom small but capable and very similar to those of a 'moderate'hotel which I've stayed in before. Big pool, big dining area with a wide variety of food. Good to wind down after a day in the parks with a drink and a game in the arcade as well as a quick trip to the laundry at reasonable prices and a nip to the shop which has all the needs. All within good walking distance to the bus stops and reception desk. Nothing is ever too much help for any member of staff.

The last time we stayed at an all star resort was 2011. 8 years later, this place has changed so much. Our room was a great size and bathroom was decent. The resort itself needs updating like Pop Century got for sure but as somewhere to store our stuff and sleep during our trip, not horrible. Only issue was we kept dealing with carpenter ants and couldn't put anything on our floor or sink. And all we heard was the chorus of flushing toilets.

I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have kids. The rooms are outdated and are in need for some major renos. We had to switch rooms because of a moldy musty smell. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere nice until the rooms have been updated.

At this resort just one night. Room was clean but small with two double beds and one sink, a few drawers and a place to hang clothes. Bed was noisy but more comfortable than expected. We’d been staying at very modest hotels on our vacation and this Disney one was by far the smallest. It was ok for us, but if you had a family of four I’m not sure where you’d even put your suitcases.
