Me and my fiancé arrived at the hotel and were immediately temperature checked (which we greatly appreciate given the current situation in the world). Then we headed over to check in where we met Raj. Let’s me start off with saying.. SOMEONE GOVE RAJ A RAISE!! He exudes happiness and excitement when it comes to the park and is a great resource for everything in the area. His customer service was above and beyond what we expected & something that will keep us coming back for future vacations. The rooms are spotless. We cleaned the rooms with wipes we brought and they were still clean when we were done! Way to go house keeping! We are very happy with our decision to stay at the Aventura! Ps.. makes sure you ask the hotel robot to bring you candy (yes, robot). It’s adorable and an experience in itself.

    Another great stay

This is the 2nd time at this hotel and again my experience was top notch. Staff was always cleaning and making sure guests felt safe and comfortable. Relaxed by the pool several mornings and lifeguards were attentive. Had a small glitch and was quickly handled by Tabbetha. My only con was navigating the TV with the iPad (I'm a little older), however once again staff came to the rescue with a remote! I look forward to my next trip to Aventura!

Nice hotel with Cabana rates, just a bit closer to the parks.

We just stayed here for a few nights after a long stay at Cabana Bay. It was a nice change of pace, with much fewer guests. Each time we went to the pool, there were only a few other guests there. The laundry facilities were convenient and easier to use than CB, as well. My only complaint with this hotel is the very limited facilities and amenities. They have one restaurant open during the day with VERY limited offerings. The prices are much higher than CB's Bayliner diner and the Starbucks prices even seemed higher than others on Universal property. There is no service at the pool, as the pool bar is closed. This was a let down, as we'd already stayed at CB, SF and Hard Rock who offered that service during this time. The rooftop bar is the best part of staying here (opens at 5:30 p.m.). Make sure you visit during your stay. Hoping their occupancy goes up soon so that they can offer more for their guests again.

    Amazing views, excellent location!

Stayed at Universal's Adventura Hotel for the first time this past weekend with my family and had a great time visiting the parks as always. Universal has been doing an excellent job in creating a safe environment during COVID and making sure guests have an incredible experience. Our room was absolutely incredible: the in-room iPad to control the TV, lights, etc. made everything so convenient. However, the view from the 7th floor was stunning! We had a phenomenal view of Islands of Adventure and it took my breath away. The hotel was also conveniently in walking distance of Volcano Bay, which was so nice for our first visit to the water park. Most of all, I want to recognize a team member that went above and beyond for us this past trip. I want to shout out to Savannah who worked the register at Urban Pantry in the Aventura hotel. She provided us excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of -- even though we came right before closing for the night. She really made us hungry and tired guests quite welcome and she should be recognized! Universal's Team Members are some of the best around! Thank you for your great service!

Have stayed here twice! It is a good bang for you buck if you are like me and on a budget. Pros: - Location & Free Shuttles: The shuttles run so often I dont think we ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for one. The drivers are friendly and totally think its part of the theme park experience. - Technology - This hotel advertises that it is tech savvy and it delivers. IPADs in your room to request shampoo, or to see them park hours.. pretty much everything is at your fingertips and makes you miss this perk at all other less cool hotels. Also easy access to netflix and Hulu so you can just chill after a long day at the parks. - Park Perks - One hour early entry and Delivery of Items: These seem like minor bonuses, but let me tell you they are major! You dont want to carry around your wand box and chocolate frogs all day, Aventura picks them up from the park for you. -Staff - VERY FRIENDLY always willing to go above and beyond. Also having the unviersal desk downstairs saves you a lot of time and is very helpful for your questions. Relay is the coolest staff member there. Make sure you request him to bring you something so you can take a selfie with him. Negatives: SOUND - this hotel was definitely built on a budget. You will be able to hear the two kids next door crying and arguing. You will hear the person walking in the hall just chatting with their friend. This is my biggest reason the hotel isn't 5 stars. I could literally hear a family plan their entire day one morning while I was getting ready.. it was awkward. SPACE - these rooms are tiny. Being the savvy budgeter I am we had 4 people in one room, and I would not recommend. It was doable and we are family so it worked out, but just know in advance these are very small rooms. This is less of a factor to me than the noise.
