Go to a Normal Hotel and Not This Timeshare Hotel

AroundTheGlobeTravel (Mastic, New York) on Apr 19, 2024

This is a timeshare property, so be aware. The lobby looks nice and there is ample parking if you are willing to walk a distance to get to your room. We had to always park two buildings down and walk. There is no luggage cart for an entire building, so we had to bring our own luggage up to the 4th floor. Other than the lobby, the rest of the hotel is outdated. The elevator got stuck several times during our 3 night stay. The sports equipment is broken or defective. Also, you must walk to the equipment building and then once you get the equipment, walk far to use it and then walk far to return it. The staff has an attitude like why are you asking me anything. Everything is extra, such as they have a small water park in the middle but you must pay to use it. There was no cleaning services at all. You get a set of towels that is supposed to last your entire stay. You clean your own room, take out your own garbage, and so forth. They tell you that your timeshare tour will last 120 minutes and from start to finish lasted 255 minutes. It seems like you can never leave because when you say no, they send another person, and then another person, and it keeps on going, no matter how many times you say no.

If only it were not a (hardcore) Time Share - Boiler Room Style and ALL! Fake Con to the MAX. Rooms vary / great balcony

Jacks0072012 (Cleveland, Ohio) on Apr 08, 2024

Booked this “Hotel” and prepaid it online. We took a chance and wanted to stay somewhere different as we visit every year and normally stay at real Hotel in Celebration. We will not make the same mistake to ever come back here again. Now, it really DOES HAVE potential! It can be Great! …. But it’s not. Mainly because IT IS A TIMESHARE !!!!! Of the worst kind! Be prepared to be roped into the “tour” and waste hours - (with the worst pre packaged breakfast ever) and …go to the Boiler Room setting and when u don’t spend the 70k they will bully , insult and pretty much RUIN YOUR DAY! If they got rid of that awfulness of a con and put time into the property professionally it would be GREAT! Would have been maybe good except for that experience. Room was hard rode but we did love the patio! On site resteraunt had overpriced Bla food and a mainstream Bla Bla beer selection but bartenders were nice multiple nights. It’s all Attitude and this time share has a Bad one ! Stay clear !
