    My wife and I stayed here as our first trip since February due to the COVID situation. The staff was excellent. They gave us an upgrade for being HiltonHonor members. The room was great. Large 2 room suite with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Nice pool area, free morning breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. Hotel was extremely clean. Room was clean and had a seal on the door. Will definitely return again.

    A good 14 day stay.

    They are taking all the Covid precaution. I did a digital check in with a key sent to my phone. Masks are mandatory inside the building. Breakfast is grab and go with scrambled egg and sausage as the only hot option which I stayed away from. Only the pool is open. There is housekeeping only on Fridays. So you need to ask for fresh towels, etc. The rooms are OK, the AC is good kept my room cool in 121 degree outside weather. Parking is in the lot with no trees so cars can get very hot. Should carry a sun shade for the car. The hotel is located near all the stores and restaurants.

    Very good customer service by Patrick. Best place to stay. We stay right after the 4th July and it was very helpful to have him attending us to stay at this hotel. If you choose this hotel you won’t regret.

    The property exhibits and practices excellent virus precautions. The amenities closed were for the benefit of the traveler. The property is convenient to the 10 freeway, about three miles. The lobby is neat, clean, and welcoming. The front desk lass was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the internet connection was above average for a hotel. The property is near many restaurants that provide "to go" meals.

    First thing I noticed here was an expired elevator permit, which seems like it shouldn’t be a big deal ... but it speaks to a lack of attention to detail. The second thing was a very detached demeanor from the desk clerk ... not rude, just not enthusiastic. Then there are the COVID austerity measures (i.e. why are you traveling? No hot breakfast. No pool. No gym. No business center etc), I recognize that these things are required by the current situation but how that information is presented speaks volumes. Room seemed clean, although the shower was a bit worn. Towels clean. Parking lot well-kept. Would I return? Maybe.
