My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The resort is very much in need of a refurbish. The rooms are tired, the pools were over crowded and guest service personnel not very friendly. As for towel service, as with COVID no maid service, and couldn’t even get wash cloths. Expected more for a resort rated 4 stars, no acknowledgement of Hilton platinum status (no room upgrade and late checkout 1 extra hour). Won’t stay here again.

Love this hotel normally but... one star only during era of Corona virus / Covid-19

So, we really were hoping this hotel would be safe to stay for a stay cation during the corona virus. But I didn't want to go if the pool was packed. So we drove by to see (we don't live very far from the property). My husband got out while we navigated a packed parking lot to take a look. These are the pics he took. It wasn't only crowded, I'd say it was worse than usual (and we stay every summer). Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this hotel for kids and the pool, golf, lazy river, etc. but no way are we going until this is all done. Just wished they had booked at like 50% at least.

    Dirty Disappointment

We were looking for a nice overnight get away. We were extremely disappointed with how absolutely filthy the room was. The pool area is old and falling apart, trash everywhere. LOTS of staff sitting around doing absolutely nothing to clean chairs, tubes, trash or pools. Went to use a pool in the evening, they had 100's of people packed into only 2 swimming areas during a pandemic, other 5 pools closed. Absolutely NOT worth even $100 to stay. The pull out bed for our daughter was black on the arms, cushions stained. Don't worry they will still charge you for the 'resort fee' still not sure what that was even for. Put the $150 towards a nicer resort, this place should be condemned!!

If you like the smell of trash and sewage everywhere this is the place. Crowded filthy pools, no COVID precautions anywhere to be seen, noisy rooms that share connecting rooms so you can hear your neighbors all night. What a huge disappointment!

A good break, more fun than expected!

This is a great time for families and for young couples. It's got the right level of activity, and some food and drinks to have poolside. I went with my 9, 11 and 13 year old and had a great time. I did hear some older folks, in their 50's/60's w no kids complaining at all the activity. So what this: this resort is for fun, expect kids and chaos and roll with it. The lazy river goes through a Loony Tune Western town.
