I tried desperately to find some glimmer of positive in this resort...however could not. The major issues are the excessive smoking in the main areas of gathering especially in the front lobby where the bar is located. Another concern is the petty pricing of standard items other resorts include. WI fi for only 1 device per room and room safe are $3 extra per day and getting a coffee from the espresso machine is an extra charge! After visiting 30 + resorts in DR I've never experienced such a thing. If you enjoy swimming in the ocean, you'll likely have to swim around the clusters of trash commonly floating around you. The food is more of a miss than a hit...and how you can so easily screw up chicken in every way is a mystery. The folks that seem to really enjoy this place are the rude smoking grizzled aging drunks that are obtuse to respecting others. This is a classless place!

The food it’s great on the buffet and the restaurant. The animations Team with Mr. Michel and Perla are great. Jorge it’s very nice and helped a lot with my internship. I would visit it again for sure. There also a beach and it’s nice and relaxing.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming, accommodating, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Louise and Jesus stood out. Highly recommend building a relationship with them as they are super friendly and hilarious too! Resort was well kept, no complaints. Highly recommend coming to this resort if you are on the hunt to find a good one.

Had such a fantastic time! The food and drinks were great. I have to say the staff was absolutely amazing and make sure you’re always happy and satisfied. Jesus was always there to help us enjoy the activities and put a smile on our faces. We booked an excursion with Louis at the beach and he was nothing but wonderful to us. The night shows were also very entertaining! We didn’t have one bad day at this resort and I 100% recommend.

Overall the size of the resort is perfect, not too large. The entertainment was always good. Jesus made the stay more fun and enjoyable with Spanish lessons, dancing and volleyball. I wish the beach towels and room towels would be changed but that's the biggest complaint.
