Amazing staff! Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as nice as possible. Rooms are very spacious with lots of room to relax. Many activities included all day and night and the view is so gorgeous! Live music, arts and crafts, mixology, yoga - the list goes on and on. Wait staff is VERY attentive as well

The entire staff was amazing! The rooms are beautiful. The views are incredible. Our servers at the Lunch Box were always so pleasant. Luciana went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Attentiveness from the staff is super important and the team knocked it out of the ballpark for us! Thank you for making our stay do enjoyable!

My trip has been so amazing! I love doing all of the activities, like salsa on the beach and aerobics in the pool. Everybody has been so incredibly welcoming and we love all of the pool activities. Reynaldo Monegro as an activities coordinator has been so amazing! The entertainment is amazing yesmelin danyelo and the entertainment management manager ynes nuñes every single one of the entertainment are amazing

We are staying at Palma Real and had an amazing time. Especially shout out to Rosanna, Yanira, yorgelis and Maria from the buffet area. They always receive us with a smile and offer us the best service. We are repeater guests since 15 years and we are booking again for next year.

Top-shelf pairing experience that I highly recommend! Attentive service and braod selection of wine with excellently prepared food amidst a warm and cozy environment. Fantastic experience. I struggle to think of comparable experiences I've had in the States.
