We came for thanksgiving& it was amazing! Beautiful hotel! Amazing food! Had a wonderful time! Thanks to Morony Carlos Marlon y katia they are so funny in all the activities we definitely come back!!!
Annual Trip

My husband and I got married here three years ago and made it a tradition in our annual travels. Everything is different as expected due to pandemic. But they are trying their best to still make it a memorable experience. My sole purpose of this review is to thank our server Raul Rocdan at Rodizio for his exceptional service. Thank you!
Brasserie Restaurant Review Only

I will write a full review in the next few days, this one is only about the French restaurant Brasserie. In short I loved it! The food selection is good and my meal was excellent. Looks like they have a decent wine list, but I don’t drink so can’t really speak to that. They had live piano music and the experience was all together really nice. My waiters Marco and Miguel Pech did a nice job and the manager Cesar Tellez came over to check if everything was as I had expected and even asked if I had any suggestions on how they can improve. I didn’t because everything was to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
Lovely family vacation during Covid-times

The Barceló Maya resort is very big and offers interesting facilities for everyone. Pools and beach are amazing, food is nice! Unfortunately some bars/restaurants are closed due to the Covid-situation. Nevertheless, the price value is super fair.

Marcos Borges, was our waitress. He was such a great server... he always keep our table clean and keeping our drinks always full...Barceló Maya Palace is a great place to visit with your family... love it!!
