Worst customer service experience
Reviewed by verolondono(Orlando, Florida) on Mar 08, 2021
Somerany Gomez has the worst customer service I ever experienced in Mexico, being Playa del Carmen, Rivera Maya, Cozumel, love Mexico for the service, But unfortunately I drove 2 hour for this place to be highly disappointed. DON STAY HERE. TULUM is beautiful, don't ruin your experience staying in this place, they give you attitude if you request the wifi. You are at the pool, they don't bring you towels, is not worth the money at All.

Great food & location! Sergio is the best!

I had plenty of good and very few bad to say about this place! First off the location is amazing! There is about 3 main strips in Tulum. 1) Is the downtown 2) Is the beach/ruins 3) (Boujee) Strip with food, shops, hotels and another couple of beaches. KORE is centrally located in the middle of all three of these strips. You can rent a bike for free and get to any of these strips with ease. Second the food was amazing. They had a great juice and breakfast menu, lunch menu and changing dinner menu. They also had a room service menu with a lot of variety. You can also get crepes as late as 10:30pm from a very sweet lady. I do wish they had some after midnight menu even if it is basic as not much is open nearby that late. Third the resort was beautiful. I do wish they had an actual sand beach area as their beach area was rocky, but they still had a beach view from the pool as well as some comfortable cabanas that were blissful to relax on. Last, but certainly not least was their customer service. Everyone was so nice and super helpful, especially Sergio. Sergio was a wonderful employee of KORE. I could not thank this guy enough for how at home he made me feel and how funny and friendly he was. If you end up coming here, please give Sergio a hug for me. This guy is great and is the perfect example of how great of a city Tulum is. I loved this place and would definitely come back. If you work here and are reading this, give Sergio a raise or a bonus a paid day off because he deserves it.
Memorable visit!

My visit to Kore Tulum Resort was fun and relaxing. The resort was clean and the staff were all friendly. The food was tasty and room service was timely. Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily. Sergio worked at the bar near reception and he was the best! Our ocean view was beautiful. Taxi service was quick when we needed to go off the resort and staff checked the names when leaving and returning to the resort. We really had a great time and I’d definitely choose this resort again and refer it to friends visiting Tulum.
Very Attentive

It was my first time out of the country in 15 months, for obvious reasons. I chose Kore because of its location and freedom and safety of the area. The fact that it was more of a spa than a “party place” was the first thing I looked for. The day I arrived and for the next couple days, I saw maybe 20 people. It was 1/2 capacity when I left. My first night I met Carina making amazing crepes. The one gift I give myself in Mexico every year is Nutella crepes! The fresh berries and kindness were icing on the cake. I enjoyed our talks. Noami took care of me in the Bali bed of choice for the day. She endeared herself to me when she called me my name given to me by my clients. She made me feel wonderful everyday. Elias was always a gracious server and very attentive. Jorge was a joy to have serve me on “the playa” as well. A fun young man. The ruins and public beaches are minutes by bike. The cenotes are a must, as well. I go to Mexico every year for the past 11 years. I’ve visited the ruins before, but it’s my first time staying in Tulum. I will be back. Victor, thanks for everything. I look forward to returning and bringing any hitchhikers along with me.
