We have been to this resort countless times. We tried a couple of their competitors in the area and Villas keep bringing us back. The food and drinks were great but the service is where they really make a difference. We hung out poolside the whole time. Got super lucky to have Edgar working all the days we were there. You can tell he truly enjoys his job! Will be back in ~ 6 months!

A very pleasant week at our resort. A shoutout to our Elite concierge team Adriana and Nubia. They promptly handled our requests for spa and dinner reservations. They also checked with us daily to see if we needed anything. We also had a great Elite pool concierge team. Kevin and Angel always made sure we were well taken care of. The resort is always welcoming and provides a high level of service

Visit tiki Bar with Manuel & Rafael for excellent drink recommendations and drink shots! Excellent service! Weather was perfect this week and couldn’t ask for a more relaxing vacation. Also, don’t wait until last full day to take part in resort activities with activities staff - Santiago & Luisa are terrific at getting guests involved. Wished I had found all individuals at the beginning of trip rather than the end.

Amazing!! The tiki bar with Rafael & Manuel and as the best fun. Swing, drink, shot!! Repeat!!!! Great fun, drinks, sun, sand and waves. Great escape to prepare for the next few crazy weeks.

Our experience took a turn for the better once we went to Village Spa. From the moment they greeted us to the moment we left they provided excelent customer service. LULU And ZURY gave me and my wife an amazing massage 10 out of 10 for sure and highly recommend for you to visit them Inside Villas Del Palmar Cancun.
