Located in a great area and great service! My room had a very nice view of the bay. Everything was very comfortable. Special shout out to Curtis (the assistant front office manager) who was extremely helpful! I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had the best experience here! The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff was above and beyond amazing. They housekeeping managers Jan and Jill exceeded our expectations . They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best! By mistake the cleaning crew through away my sons giants helmet that he got at the game. It was a helmet that comes with food in it, so it was easy to mistake as trash! Not only did they apologize but they went that night to the stadium to get a new hat for my son. My son was so happy!!!! This is EXCEPTIONAL service! Thank you Jan and Jill and to the entire Hyatt staff for making our trip memorable and fun! The Hyatt Regency San Francisco is perfectly located. With easy access to the trolly system, China Town and the ferry systems. It is a great place to stay with wonderful views of the Bay. The accommodations inside the Hyatt were nice and I would recommend it for work or a family vacation. The only things missing was pool, hot tub and sauna.

I really recommend this hotel! it has everything and is close to everything! located in the center of the financial district it allows you not only to go quickly to work, but to go to Pier 39 and other beautiful places in SF.

The location was perfect and we were able to walk to several places for coffee and breakfast. The room was a nice size and we had the view of the Ferry building and water. I loved that they also had white noise in the room. Overall we had a really nice experience and better then we expected.
