As a traveler that has stayed in many different types of places before, I would say this resort pretty well lived up to what was advertised. It is an expensive all-inclusive but it met all our expectations without any problems. Our room was quite nice and had everything we needed. Food was very good overall. Really liked the wide variety of restaurant options and we ate at a different place every night for dinner. Although it was a clunky and slow process to make the dinner reservations and space was very limited at the 3 restaurants that required reservations so you had to book your week right away just to get a reservation 2 or 3 days out. Sounds like if you had a butler then they would get you in easier. It was convenient to have the good buffet option for breakfast and lunch. Every single person we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful which made the week more pleasant (more friendly than anywhere we have stayed before). Shout out to the reception people Jameel and Travis, and especially one of the security personnel Titus who we had delightful interactions with throughout the week. The day and evening entertainment was nice to have available. My wife got a great massage at the spa. It was good to be able to utilize the watersports (kayaks, paddleboards), scuba diving, shuffleboard, gym, spa, great beach, fantastic views, shuttle to other resorts, etc. As an experienced scuba diver the dive experience was good but not exceptional, which is what I expected since this isn't a dive resort but it is great to be able to do it every day if you want, one reason why we chose this place. A couple dives we were rushed out of the water after only 30 minutes which is too short. But most of the dives we were allowed to go longer which made them more enjoyable. The dive operation was pretty good overall but not always the most organized. It is also off-site so you had to shuttle there which could take anywhere from 15-45 minutes based on the traffic. We would potentially go back again.

Let’s start with the fact that I paid for a luxury vacation and feel cheated and over charged for the service received. First day everything was ok until I started looking around the shower had bugs and mold growing on the tile. If you don’t have a butler you have to be up at dawn to get a chair on the beach and sometimes that doesn’t work as they will remove your belongings and reserve the chair for someone who has a butler or paid reservation service. Towels are brought out around 8ish but are only located near the main pool area so prepare to make the walk every time you need a towel. The food was just ok the restaurants on property have the same menu everyday and I understand why but if your here on property for more than 3 days your food choices become more limited. Staff at this location were friendly when spoken to but you get a feeling of being rushed.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. From the welcome song and dance, to the food and drinks we were always fully fed and always had a drink in our hand. Our duration we had the fortune of having the beaming sun throughout but this allowed the pool and sea to cool us down. The staff around the resort were super accommodating and were able to help us with any requests we had. We managed to go through all of the restaurants at least once and all of them were great, something for everyone. A special shout out to Travis who was super helpful through, whether it was asking us if we needed a drink (coconuts or just drinks from the bar) or getting us a pizza he was there for us. He gave us a load of information whenever we needed it and did an amazing job of welcoming us and making sure everything was all good. Also the shuttle drivers were amazing aswell who dropped us to restaurants and back to our room. And last but not least, Jonathon from the english pub always worked with a smile on his face and made sure we felt right at home at the pub. I would definetly recommend this sandals resort as a honeymoon destination or just a vacation destination.

My wife and I have just returned from Le Toc having had an amazing time. We spent most days on the beach, went on one of the boat tours for the day and a half day by the pool on our last day. We had the butler service and our trio of Laban, Gasper and Glen were brilliant. They got us in to the restaurants we wanted and we managed to eat in most over our 5 days. The Japanese was a great experience, the French was definitely fine dining and Armando’s was our favourite for breakfast. We found all the staff so friendly and engaging and good fun to talk to. We will be back one day!

Sandals La Toc is the most beautiful resort! The views are incredible, food is delicious and service is fantastic! If you come here, get a butler suite! It’s worth every single penny!! Our Butlers, Joy, Abra and Marvin have been INCREDIBLE!!! They are attentive, so much fun and have made this trip unforgettable! It’s all about the details. After we’d come back from a long day on the beach, there would a snack in our room - cheese and crackers or shrimp cocktail. They are always making sure our rooms are clean and leaving little surprises. Just Incredible. We didn’t love the view from our initial room and without hesitation, they moved us to a different room. They packed everything up and unpacked it for us. It was amazing! I’ve never received such amazing service from a resort!! The beach is beautiful and we’ve loved laying on the rafts in the ocean! The restaurants have been great as well! We can’t say enough about our amazing experience! And Joy, Abra and Marvin have gone above and beyond too make it truly perfect!
