As a Travel Agent , it’s my job to travel :) so going all over to make sure places are in good shape or all the “ internet “ says they are is my job. I have been to many beaches and seen lots of blue water, eaten at great restaurants and had all the pool parties. When I say Beaches Turks and Caicos is one of the best I mean THE BEST. This has to be one of favorite beaches on earth ever. Wow , it’s so beautiful and crystal clear. Grace Bay is heaven ... the resort is more like 5 as there are different villages and all are amazing with so much to do !! Golf carts if it’s to far to walk are all over for you to be driven around .Key West village was my favorite, I stayed in 2 different rooms there. Ernest the executive chef of the Key West Village is so amazing ! The food was soooo good ! The nightly entertainment on property is awesome !! There really is something for everybody. Yes it’s families and not adults only, but let me tell you there are plenty of places for adults only. The rooms are huge and the Italian Village pool is the best in the afternoon. I can’t wait to go back ! The service and food were amazing and I can’t wait to spend a week in paradise and not be working. Wonderful place for family and anybody that wants good food with so much to do! Lazy river , water park , night club , so much more !!! This one place I will be back and not on the clock , but for my real vacation ! Thank you James for having such amazing people and such a amazing place .

I just had my first experience at Beaches Turks & Caicos for 5 nights at the end of March with my friend and our 16 year old daughters to celebrate their Sweet 16's since we could not throw them parties. We stayed in the Key West Village in a 1 BR Concierge Suite. Our room was spacious, clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Key West seemed like a quieter, more peaceful section of the resort yet was close enough to everything. I felt extremely safe at the resort yet did not feel like the experienced was diminished in any way. The food was good but the staff is what made our trip extra special. Jomo at the French Village pool bar was so fun and made the best drinks (this is the pool we went to most as it had less people and always had plenty of available chairs). After dinner my friend and I would go to Kelly's bar in the Italian Village where we had a great time with Simone & Byron who also made the best drinks! Ask for Rocky if you would like your photos done on the beach! All the staff were extremely friendly and happy to make our trip the best it could be. I did witness some guests not being patient since they had to adhere to some rules and social distancing. You did have to use hand sanitizer before going into to any store or restaurant. I felt the staff did the best they could do with the rules that were in place to keep people safe. The girls had plenty to keep them occupied. We went to the beach only a few times as we had high winds each day. We all went to the spa in the Key West Village and had amazing massages and facials. We had some anxiety about traveling during Covid however once we were there we were able to relax and enjoy each day. We did get tested 2 days before we left which was a quick and easy process at the nurse's station in the Caribbean Village, we were able to call for the results after 15 mins. (we were extremely happy when we tested negative). I hope to return to this resort in the future with my entire family.

Our expectations were so much higher for Sandals/Beaches.

Having waited so long to travel, and spending so much more for this all-inclusive, we were hoping the trip would be magical. Having been married at a Sandals, I assumed the brand quality would be consistent. Beaches employees were really friendly, but clearly this resort is not back to full speed from the global layoff. Making dinner reservations was difficult requiring multiple requests and follow-up each day; the resort seemed to cater more fully to accommodate butler-level guests and services. Concierge-level service was a huge disappointment, as was the food--which I would rate as 'ok' at best. Often arriving at table cold, I would have expected a lot more. Resort properly is beautifully maintained and offers a variety of activities. Unfortunately, there is not enough here to warrant a re-visit.

    Never disappoints!

This was our second visit. The most beautiful and clean resort. We were lucky enough to stay in the Key West Village. Despite the challenges of Covid our experience at Beaches Turks and Caicos was wonderful. The drinks and food were consistently good. Breakfasts were the best. A special shout out to Juvelyn who works at the fancier restaurant- Soapadillas . She was by far the best server we had. Very hardworking and sweet disposition. We rebooked for 2022 in the Key West Village and we can't wait to go back.

Excellent stay and staff, so much to do, clean and safe

This trip was originally planned for spring 2020 but due to Covid rescheduled to 3/31-4/6/2021....It was worth the wait. We were a little hesitant about traveling during Covid but everything about this resort was clean and safe, a lot of extra precautions and cleaning done-actually felt safer than at home! We had our family of 4- myself, spouse and 2 Daughters ages 15 and 17. There were plenty of activities and things for them to do- could have stayed another 2-3 days to do everything we wanted... unfortunately the weather was windy a few days so a boat/snorkeling excursion was canceled and booked a different excursion the following day- boat got 100 yards from shore and lost steering due to fluid leak-mechanic came but didn’t have the parts/tools to fix so excursion canceled and got brought back to shore. We figure we will just have to come back again to experience more of Turks and Caicos! We did take a taxi into town to do some shopping- there’s not much but enough that the kids found t-shirts/souvenirs. Taxi cost $28 each way and he came back at a designated time to pick us up. There are boat trips you can take that are included but I recommend booking those before you get there as they book up fast. The week we were there was the busiest it had been since Covid shut down a year ago- they were at roughly 75% capacity. The nightly entertainment was great-Beach party was nice but geared toward younger kids as Sesame Street characters performed, but had great food from Jerk Shack. They have a White Party night-dress in white- that was Sunday night- not sure if it always is or if it changes. They also had Family Feud and Reggae Tribute night that we attended-great entertainment staff all around! We originally were booked into 703 in Caribbean Village- our room was on first floor and a little more dated than what we could tell from on line. Talking with other guest in the Caribbean Village they felt the same. Sounds like remodeling was in the works before Covid- not sure if they have it back on the agenda but I would hope so. We did do a room upgrade on our second day into the Italian Village overlooking the pool on the fifth floor room 3524- to us it was worth the extra cost to get a more spacious, updated room with a view. Some amenities included were a bunk bed(with trundle) desk and separate sink and closet/book case/drawer storage for kids. Bathroom with Double sinks, balcony overlooking Italian pool and ocean. Restaurants-So many to choose from- a few were not open during our stay and Sky and Sapodillas are for 16 and older- disappointed that our 15.5 year old couldn’t go to them. Kids loved the Mac and Cheese Truck and Bobby D’s. We made reservations for Mario’s, Arizona’s and Kimonos- all very good. We would have liked to eat at Le Petit as were heard the steak medallions were amazing but couldn’t get in the only night we had available. Both pizza places were great for lunch- we had about 35-45 minute wait for take out each time we ordered so just plan ahead. Cricketer’s Pub had great British type meals and no reservation was necessary. The staff was all great, some of the most memorable ones are Bishop and Andrew slinging drinks at Italian Pool swim up bar, Prophet-at the beach activity hut had a fun personality , Chris- our chef at Kimonos Hibachi was awesome and fun as well. Neressa ‘Magic Hands’ at the spa did a wonderful job on our massages-really worked those knots out! Meckeisha-our photographer took awesome family pictures and was was very friendly and personable! The Italian Village Lobby/Concierge staff-Patrice and Donnell were great to work with in some minor issue with room change and settling final bill/room charges. I’m sure I’m missing a few but really all staff was top notch! We would love to go back some day and are certain we will be visiting another Sandal/Beaches Resort in our future!
